  The parade, included banners which read, "Bringing Jiang Zemin to court", "Urgently rescue Xiong Wei". Pictures of practitioners being persecuted and cruelly punished were also displayed. The purpose of the parade was to arouse people's concern for the brutal persecution in China, and at the same time appeal for support from people.

• Germany: Shopkeepers and Storeowners on Unter den Linden Praised the Falun Gong Parade

  With soothing Chinese music in the background, the Falun Gong parade passed though Unter den Linden in Berlin. Men and women of different ages and nationality held flower wreaths or banners, in different languages. Passerby looked on in awe and the police, who would usually be tense while monitoring parades, were relaxed as if taking a leisurely walk.

• Germany: Large Parade through the City of Berlin

  The parade finished at the historic Brandenburg Gate where the practitioners stood quietly holding the banners while a few short speeches were given. A group of Chinese tourists were clearly very surprised to see the parade and the large number of western practitioners. They were even more surprised when one of them walked over and began to talk about Falun Gong in Mandarin.

• UK: Scottish Practitioners took part in Human Rights Activities organised by Amnesty International

  A Falun Dafa stall was set up in the hall and then practitioners joined Amnesty International and other human rights organisations for a parade that was led by Scottish bagpipe players. In the town centre, the practitioners were very busy handing out leaflets and holding banners, so members of another human rights organization voluntarily helped them.

  It was a sunny day and passers-by watched the parade with great interest. There were nearly thirty groups attending the parade. The Falun Gong part of the parade was led by a beautiful blue banner reading “The World needs Zhen-Shan-Ren”. Practitioners’ lotus dance and fan dance were dignified and elegant.

• UK: Falun Gong practitioners were Invited to join the Parade of Edinburgh’s World Famous Annual Festival

  The opening parade of the Edinburgh Festival was held on August 3rd in Scotland’s capital. Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated traditional Chinese culture and were welcomed by the spectators who reportedly numbered almost 200,000. Falun Gong practitioners won the first prize in the Community category for the second year running.

They exposed the crimes of Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and supported the worldwide call to bring him to justice.

• Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners hold a Parade to Support Bringing Jiang to Justice

  On June 21, German practitioners held an SOS Walk in Braunschweig, a city in Northern Germany, to support the global lawsuit against Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin. This was the first activity Falun Gong practitioners have held in City of Braunschweig. The activity was an excellent opportunity to tell the truth to more people.
