From November 11 to 15, the Falun Gong Association of Universite de Montreal attended the "Rally Week" event sponsored by the student union of Universite de Montreal. The "Rally Week" activities intended to call on students to show concern about and condemn the injustice and unfairness in the world that affect humankind's peaceful development. The persecution of Falun Gong in China was chosen to be one of the themes of this event. The activities held by the Falun Gong Association included providing an information booth for a week, demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises at the opening ceremony, inviting practitioners who had been to Tiananmen Square to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong and suffered the persecution to state the persecution facts in China, as well as holding an artist practitioner's painting exhibition.

The Chinese students in the Universite de Montreal were more receptive than in the past; some of them even took initiative to request truth-clarifying materials. They expressed that they would like to learn more about the persecution of Falun Gong. Some Chinese students also asked where they could learn Falun Gong in the university.
The Falun Gong Association of Universite de Montreal was established this fall. Currently they have group Fa-study and group exercise every Tuesday.
