Udumbara Flowers Blossom in Bulgaria

On August 20, 2010 Falun Gong practitioner from Bulgaria found Udumbara flowers at her parents’ home. The white resembling bells flowers were blooming on another flower’s leaves.

The Sanskrit word "Udumbara" means "an auspicious flower from heaven."

According to the Buddhist Sutras, Udumbara is supernormal phenomena. It is celestial flower which does not exist in the mundane world. It blooms every 3,000 years and symbolises the arrival of the Holy King Who Turns the Wheel in the human world who comes to spread His Law and save people.

Udumbara flowers were found for the first time in South Korea in 1997. Since then the flower has been seen in different regions of the world as China, Thailand, Texas and United Arab Emirates.
