On May the 13th 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in the Ukraine held an activity in Mariinsky Park, in front of the Chinese Embassy, to celebrate the 8th anniversary of World Falun Dafa Day and mark the 15th anniversary of the introduction of Falun Dafa to the public.

Falun Gong practitioners not only performed singing, dancing, poetry and piano performance, but also exhibited the Chinese ink paintings of the Australian practitioner Zhang Cuiying and taught children to fold paper lotus flowers. The activities attracted a lot of people’s attention. During the celebration, practitioners raised awareness about the CCP's unprecedented persecution of Falun Gong in China as well as the evilest crime in human history, organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Having heard the appalling truth, people expressed their indignation and signed the petition one after another to call for bringing the perpetrators to justice.
