A Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Carla, from Melbourne spoke about her experience in China where she was jailed, tortured and humiliated because she refused to give up practising Falun Dafa. A few times she held back her tears and could hardly speak due to this unbearable memories. She sincerely called on all kindhearted people to pay attention to this persecution of Falun Gong in China that has lasted over six years.
Ms. Jane Spear, a representative from Amnesty International's Bendigo Office, expressed her concern over Chinese Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted in China. In her speech she denounced the Chinese Communist Party's severe human rights violations.

Ms. Juliet, the art exhibition organiser, introduced and narrated the creation and the true stories behind several paintings.
Falun Gong is well accepted by local residents in Bendigo, and the practitioners have been invited to community parades and holiday celebrations. This art exhibition is a channel to clear the obstacle of language using fine art. From the exhibition, the local residents saw that ordinary people became magnificent while justice, freedom, dignity and humanity were being trampled. It shows the uncompromising courage of Falun Gong practitioners while the evil challenges the principle of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance."
