Norway: A Weekend of Fa Study and Promoting Falun Gong in two Cities in Southern Norway

On the weekend of September 6th and 7th 2003, Falun Gong practitioners from Norway gathered together in Sandnes, a city in southern Norway, to study the Fa and share their cultivation experiences so that they can improve together in cultivation as a group. The practitioners recognised that Master has asked them to do three things well: study the Fa, send forth righteous thoughts and clarify the truth. So as well as studying and sending forth righteous thoughts together, the practitioners held activities to let more Norwegian people know about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution against practitioners that has been happening for over 4 years in China.

On Saturday many people visit the city of Sandnes. The practitioners divided into two groups: one group stayed in Sandnes and the other travelled to the city of Stavanger, to conduct similar activities. Passers-by learnt how peaceful practitioners are tortured to death, just because they want to live by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance.

These photos show practitioners promoting Falun Gong in Stavanger. A small photo exhibition about Falun Gong and the persecution was displayed and the public showed a lot of interest. The entire weekend was both harmonious and successful.
