Sweden: Falun Gong TV Program Broadcasts on Stockholm Channel

For the past two weeks, Swedish practitioners have been broadcasting programs about Falun Gong on the Open Channel in Stockholm. The name of the program is FGM TV Sweden and is broadcasted on Sunday 10:30 PM. Open Channel in Stockholm reaches 340 000 households in the city of Stockholm, and also near by cities such as Nacka, Huddinge, Tyresö, Solna and Lidingö. Practitioners hope that by showing these television programs, they can help more people to recognise the horrific human rights abuses occurring against Falun Gong practitioners in China today. If all people in the world can stand up and condemn the Jiang regime’s brutal terror tactics against innocent Chinese people, then this persecution will no longer be able to continue.

Although they have recently been showing productions by practitioners in other countries, Sunday 15th December sees the broadcast of the first program made by Swedish practitioners. This features a documentary about a Falun Gong practitioner from Gothenburg who speaks about what practising Dafa means to her, and why she so involved in spreading the truth about the persecution. There is also news about Falun Gong from around the world. Features include information about Hong Kong and Jiang Zemin’s attempts to export his persecution of Falun Gong to this free country by introducing Article 23.
