Police, 610 Office and Qiqihar Railway Conspire to Target Middle Aged Women Travelling on Trains

Daqing City Police Department Uses People's Money to Convince Qiqihar Railway Policemen to Arrest Practitioners

[Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province]

The police system and 610 Office of Daqing City signed an agreement with Qiqihar Railway Route K48 to pay 600 Yuan for every practitioner arrested on the train. Lured by this money, policemen of Route K48 have started to record the identification of every middle aged woman on the train and contact Daqing City to check if they practise Falun Gong.
