Ms. Sha Yulian is retired from Baoji City Light Machinery Factory. She is sixty-one years old. She began practising Falun Gong in September of 1996. Since Jiang Zemin's, [former leader of China and instigator of the persecution] regime began the persecution of Falun Gong, Ms. Sha Yulian has been persecuted numerous times by the 610 Office because she refused to give up her belief. She was arrested and held four times and sentenced to a labour camp twice.

Wei Maoxia and her family has suffered continuous harassment and persecution. Three police officers from Yanzhou Domestic Security Division in Shandong have repeatedly searched Wei Maoxia's home several times and have detained her on and off during August and September. Now Wei Maoxia and her son Zhang Chao are being mistreated in a detention centre. Wei Maoxia's is now homeless to avoid further persecution.

The authorities of the labour camp screened the most ruthless, poisonous, and wicked inmates to control the practitioners and provided them with special training session just for that purpose. During the training, the inmates were told publicly, "Any benevolence towards Falun Gong is an injury to yourself." The guards publicly incite and force the inmates to do evil, and the inmates go all out to persecute the practitioners to gain rewards.

Practitioner Mr. Cao Dong's wife, Ms. Yang Xiaojing, died as a result of persecution on October 1st, 2009. Her family requested many times to allow Mr. Cao to visit his wife before her death, but all their requests were refused. After her death, Ms. Yang's parents carried her ashes to the prison authorities and begged them to let Mr. Cao see her ashes, but they were also refused. Mr. Cao has been locked in solitary confinement with his cell windows sealed, and no one is allowed to contact him or to even come close to his cell.

On June 24th, 2003, practitioner Mr. Liu Laibin was arrested and detained in the Yingkou City Detention Centre, where he was brutally beaten by other prisoners. Guard Yi Zhaoyun forced Mr. Liu to do more than 10 hours of labour, and he often had to work overtime and into the night. He had very little sleep. The authorities put Mr. Liu on trial on December 5th, 2003, and sentenced him to five years in prison. Mr. Liu's life was in danger twice due to torture, but the prison refused to release him. He died on October 10th, 2009.

Wang Jinghua, 22, is from Pengbei Village, Dingsiqiao Town, Xianning City, Hubei Province. While Wang Jinghua, 22, was studying at Dingsi Middle School, and Xianning City High School, he explained the facts about Falun Gong to his classmates, and was thus scrutinised and pressured by the school administrators. He was harassed and threatened many times and later forced to quit the school by the Xian'an District 610 Office in Xianning City, and schools. He was eventually driven to mental collapse in November 2006.

Ms. Wang Huijun, a fifty-eight-year-old Falun Gong practitioner and resident of Beian City, Heilongjiang Province, was arrested and sent to Beian Detention Centre after she told people the facts about Falun Gong in Shengli Village in mid-June 2009. In late July she was sent to Harbin Forced Labour Camp for a term of one-and-a-half years.

Mr. Jiang Hong, 41, is a Falun Gong practitioner in Huayang Town, Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province. His wife, Wang Haixia, his father, Jiang Mingtai, and his mother, Wu Minhua, are all Falun Gong practitioners. In the past ten years, Mr. Jiang's family has been persecuted several times. In 1999, Mr. Jiang Hong, Wang Haixia, and Wu Minhua, went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and were arrested by officers from the Huayang Town Police Station, Shuangliu County. Jiang Hong was sentenced to three and a half years of forced labour. He was beaten up by prisoners and guards in Deyang Prison. He was left out in the direct sun and was forced to work many hours. His front teeth were knocked out by prison guards.

Ms. Zhang Ying has been on a hunger strike for 30 days to protest her arrest and interrogation with torture. She was brutally force fed while her four limbs were tied to a bed. She was very weak and could not stand up. The Changning District Police Station arrested her. Her family has called for help to rescue her. Ms. Zhang told her lawyer that she was interrogated with torture. Her lawyer has written a legal document based on her account and sent it to the Discipline Inspection Department in the Public Security Bureau and Judicial Disciplinary Department in the Procuratorate to request an investigation.

Under orders from Liaoning Province Police Headquarters, Public Security police from Shenhe District Police Department in Shenyang City arrested more than ten Falun Gong practitioners in September 2009. Using techniques such as stalking, waiting in the dark, and using violence and a black hood, they arrested the practitioners. Practitioner Ms. Tu is now being held at the Shenyang Detention Centre, and Ms. Wang at a brainwashing centre called "Shenyang Legal Education School". Both of them started hunger strikes to demand their unconditional release.

Practitioner Ms. Xie Yanmin is a senior engineer for the Nanjing Fourteenth Research Institute. She was arrested at her hotel during a business trip to Beijing in August 2009. Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials put special markings on practitioners' identification cards while they were replacing everyone's card. When Ms. Xie used her identification card to check in at the hotel, the police were notified. Soon after, police arrived at the hotel and ransacked her room. They found Falun Gong materials in her laptop. They took her away and her whereabouts are now unknown, only that she has been sentenced to two years at a forced labour camp in Beijing

After July 20th, 1999, when the persecution began, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media produced an endless stream of propaganda to slander Falun Gong. Facing pressure from every direction, Mr. Wang Guanghui, 62, did not waver or diminish his belief. He persisted in practising Falun Gong. As a result, he was detained four times and his home was searched many times. He was severely injured physically and mentally. As a result, Mr. Wang fell ill and was hospitalized, and he passed away on the night of September 22nd, 2009.

On August 17th, 2009, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Li Yong was beaten by three local security police officers after they saw him distributing leaflets exposing the persecution of Falun Gong. After they beat him, they took him to the Henggou Police Station. On August 18th, Henggou police officers and the Public Security Bureau of Xianan Police Department detained Mr. Li, who had already been tortured and had wounds all over his body, in the Xianan District Detention Centre. To protest the persecution, Mr. Li went on hunger strike. As a result of his silent protest, he was force-fed and sentenced to a forced labour camp for one year.

Due to her Falun Gong practice and faith in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance, Beijing practitioner Ms. Su Wei has been arrested and persecuted by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials on several occasions. Ms. Su was detained twice in forced labour camps, and endured inhuman torture at the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. Guards used a vicious and cruel punishment, being "Hung Up", on Ms. Su and other practitioners. This torture is just like "being split by five horses"; after they were handcuffed, their hands were spread apart, then locked to the leg of one of the two beds. Then, two male guards forcefully pulled each of the two beds apart in opposite directions, until the practitioners' arms couldn't be stretched any more. On September 11th, 2009, Ms. Su was arrested again, and currently is detained at Beijing's Chaoyang Detention Centre.

Ms. Zhu Hailing, a Falun Gong practitioner, and her three sisters from Yongji County in Jilin Province were arrested and their home ransacked on September 15th, 2009. Her three sisters were released, but Ms. Zhu was sentenced to one year of forced labour. Ms. Zhu's young brother, Mr. Zhu Boyuan, who is handicapped and bedridden, asked the police, "Do you have a search-warrant and the legal documents? If you don't, it is illegal for you to search our home." One of the police hit Mr. Zhu twice with a pillow.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Liu Changping, a taxi driver from Jinzhou City in Liaoning Province, was arrested on July 15th, 2009, and on August 12th he was transferred to the notorious Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. This was the third time he had been sent to a forced labour camp. His family demanded to see him, but were refused without reason. When Mr. Liu was imprisoned in Jinzhou Forced Labour Camp he was twice locked in solitary confinement and handcuffed all day to a wooden board. After long-term mistreatment, his entire body became covered with scabies, which was unbearable, and his blood pressure rose to 220. He also lost consciousness twice, was attacked with electric batons, and beaten while hung up by his handcuffs.

Mr. Wang Wenzhang is about 55 years old and comes from Fuhe Village in Liaoning Province. He owned a small department store in the village. Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, the Wang family has been repeatedly persecuted by the authorities. In June 2009, Mr. Wang was taken away by the police. Three months later, according to reliable sources, he was sentenced to four years in prison by the Court of Tieling City.

In 2000, Xia Hongrui went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. She was later arrested and detained at Laishui County Detention Centre. Police paraded her through the streets with a sign hanging around her neck. At the detention centre, heat was provided for only ten or more days throughout the entire winter. The cells were always cold with wind blowing through the doors and windows. The inmates were forced to do slave labour, such as embroidering. They worked from early morning until late at night to finish the quotas. It was so cold that they often could not close their hands to form a fist, and some the inmates' hands were cracked and bleeding due to the cold. Dead mice were often seen floating in the vats with the pickles.

Prior to China's National Day on October 1st, 2009, police officers from Binxian County, Helongjiang Province arrested nine practitioners within two days, and they were held in the No. 2 Binxian County Detention Centre. broke into Ms.Yao Chunrong's home, where practitioners had gathered to study Falun Gong teachings together. The police arrested Ms.Yao and four other practitioners. They also confiscated Ms. Yao's personal belongings, including Falun Gong books. All practitioners were then taken to the No. 2 Binxian County Detention Centre.

Mr. Guo Huisheng and his wife Ms. Li Jumei wrote a letter to Xi Xiaogang, Director of the Lanshan County Police Department, to request the release of fellow practitioner Ms. Xiao Silan. As a result, they suffered brutal persecution from the local 610 Office. On August 6th, 2009, they were arrested by a group of police officers. Their home was searched when no one was home. Mr. Guo's hands were handcuffed behind his back, and he was held to the ground and beaten by four police officers. When he was brought to the police station, there was blood all over his head and face.

In 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong. Mr. Liu Rongming was one of the many victims of the persecution. He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and and subjected to forced labour. Mr. Liu was forced to make several thousand paper boxes a day while he was in prison. He could not continue with this work because of his deteriorating vision. During his imprisonment, Mr. Liu was force-fed, and his stomach was injured in the process. Mr. Liu talked about Falun Gong to policeman Zhou, who directed prisoners to lock his thumbs together. Then they used a foot-long metal wire to connect a 15-kilogram (about 30 pounds) metal chain to his hands.

Ms. Zeng Lingwen, 74, is a retired professor of physics who taught at Jilin University. She was arrested repeatedly for being a Falun Gong practitioner and taken to the detention centre, the drug rehabilitation centre and the forced labour camp in Changchun City. In the middle of July 2009, officials from the Changjiu Road Police Station in Changchun City came to Ms. Zeng's house to make an "in-home investigation." Seeing Falun Gong materials in the house, the police began to search everything and took away her personal belongings including her pension money. The police subsequently took Ms. Zeng to the police station for further questioning.

After the persecution of Falun Gong started in July 1999, Mr. Dong, along with many other Falun Gong practitioners, went to the Office of Letters and Calls of the Chongqing Municipal government to appeal for Falun Gong. However, they were beaten by the police and thrown onto a truck. The police drove them to a desolate place where there were no bus stops and left them there. He was arrested and detained several times over the years. In September 2009, someone framed Mr. Dong. He was arrested by police and his home was searched. According to the police station, they had found several hundred copies of Falun Gong-related DVDs, Falun Gong books and materials. Mr. Dong is being held at the Shuangliu County Detention Centre without visitation rights. According to sources, his family are also placed under tight surveillance.

Ms. Gao Rongrong, whose face was disfigured by the guards in a forced labour camp by being shocked with electric batons continuously for about 6 hours, died four years ago as a result of the persecution. Even after her death, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has continued to persecute her parents. After Ms. Gao's death, her parents went to the Liaoning Provincial Procuratorate Office to request a copy of her medical report. Their request was denied.

Mr. Meng Fei is a chemistry teacher and Falun Gong practitioner. On September 7th, 2009, police went to the school where Mr. Meng worked and handcuffed and arrested him. They drove Mr. Meng to the Wangcun Men's Forced Labour Camp. Six guards and inmates locked Mr. Meng to an iron chair, then tortured and verbally abused him. In addition, they tried unsuccessfully to force-feed him over ten times, leaving Mr. Meng's mouth area severely bruised and bleeding. Mr. Meng was then transferred to the labour camp hospital, where doctors injected him with unknown drugs, for two consecutive days. He was later taken back to the labour camp, where he was force-fed. On September 15th, Mr. Meng's family picked him up and drove him to the County Chinese Medicine Hospital for emergency treatment. He was unconscious at the time.

In September 2009, several children who had just lost their father went to see the heads of Xishui County Police Department 610 Office in Hubei Province, to demand the release of their mother, Zhang Guixiang, so that she could go home to attend their father's funeral. However, the police simply ignored their request. Being a Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Zhang follows the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She loves her children. Since the persecution began on July 20th, 1999, Ms. Zhang has been arrested many times because she wanted to tell people the truth of Falun Gong. To her children, it seems that they do not have a mother anymore since she was constantly imprisoned by Xishui Police Department.

On September 19th, seven people from the Nantong City Police Department broke into a store in Rugao County owned by Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Chunyan. They arrested Ms. Liu, her husband Cai Xunming, and their son Cai Qiang. The family was detained at the Rugao Police Department. While the family was being held, over eighty policemen from Nantong Police Department and Rugao Police Department ransacked their home and confiscated Ms. Liu's computer, Falun Gong books, and two personal letters. Mr. Cai Xunming was held for four days and his son Cai Qiang for one day. Ms. Liu is still in custody at the Rugao County Police Station.

Mr. Zhou Zaitian is a countryside doctor, who has 37 years of experience. Because he practises Falun Gong, he was detained in 2006 and then sentenced in 2007. When detained at the detention centre, Mr. Zhou was subjected to many kinds of brutal tortures, including: (1) Beaten with shoes - Thugs beat him with new shoes made of hardened plastic. Mr. Zhou was beaten on both sides of his face dozens of times. The next day, Mr. Zhou's face was swollen more than one centimetre (.4 inch). His face was swollen so severely that his eyes were almost buried. (2) Suffocation - Thugs suddenly covered Mr. Zhou's head with a plastic bag and quickly he started to suffocate. Four evildoers held him down so that he could not move. Mr. Zhou struggled and broke the plastic bag so that he was able to breathe.

In April 2009, police stormed into Ms. Jin Yingdan's work place. They took her Falun Gong books and notes with words exposing the persecution on them. They arrested Ms. Jin and tortured her when she was in custody at the police compound. They deprived her of food and sleep. Later, they took her to the Longjing City Detention Centre. On the fifth day, Ms. Jin's condition was critical. The doctors said she could die at any time and persuaded the police to release her. She suffered from tremendous mental pressure and died on October 5th, 2009.

Ms. Liu wanted to tell everybody about the benefits of Falun Gong cultivation and the wrong perception people had about Falun Gong and the suffering of tens of thousands of good people. On September 29th, 2005, she went to Changsha City to distribute informational materials about Falun Gong. She was arrested and taken to the police station, where she was beaten and kicked severely. She was later sentenced to one year of forced labour in Baimalong Forced Labour Camp, where she was repeatedly tortured in order to try to "transform" her. Guards Long often made her watch videos that slandered Falun Gong. They made her stand the entire night, and made her squat with both arms stretched out. Once, Ms. Liu did not do these things well, and she was beaten brutally.

The national security police in Ji County, Tianjin City, worked with Dongerying Police Station to arrest the legless and mentally ill brother of practitioner Mr. Su Jianmin. They decided to put him in a forced labour camp for a year, but were unsuccessful in getting him admitted. Not able to find Mr. Su, they arrested his brother, who is not a Falun Gong practitioner, but the police arrested and detained him anyway.

Ms. Zheng Yuling was arrested on August 6th, 2009 while she was putting up a Falun Gong banner at the Chibi City Police Department. She was sentenced to one year of forced labour and taken to the Hubei Province Women's Forced Labour Camp in Wuhan City on August 25th. She died just one month later on September 28th. Her nose was deformed and there were many needle holes on her hand.

Sixty-eight-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Shi Jinhua from Hengyang City, Hunan Province has been arrested by the police 13 times. The police have extorted over 10,000 yuan from her family and took over 5,000 yuan worth of property from her home. In detention, ten policemen with hard-sole leather shoes kicked and beat practitioners brutally. Ms. Shi was beaten so hard that she passed out on the ground for at least ten minutes. The police forced the practitioners to raise their hands, and beat their faces, bodies, feet, and back of their hands with wooden sticks, bamboo poles, and bamboo slabs.

Mr. Zhang Liyun, 85, had been a Falun Gong practitioner for more than ten years. After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to persecute Falun Gong, he overcame the inconvenience of old age and often distributed Falun Gong fliers and explained the facts about Falun Gong. In June 2009 while he was explaining about the persecution of Falun Gong to others in public he was arrested. Police seized Falun Gong books from his home. Later police issued a sentence of "one year of forced labour to be served outside the labour camp under surveillance." Due to persecution by the CCP, this 85-year-old man's health became worse and worse. He passed away on September 26th, 2009.

Ms. Yan Guangbi was a practitioner in Chongqing. Her husband is also a practitioner. They both firmly kept their faith after the persecution began on July 20th, 1999, and were consequently arrested and detained many times. Ms. Yan was detained several times and was forced to go through brainwashing three times. She had to leave home for more than a year to avoid being arrested. Due to being brutally mistreated in brainwashing sessions in the Chongqing City Women's Forced Labour Camp, she lost sight in both eyes. Her husband, Mr. Chen Changjun, was sentenced to forced labour two different times. As a result of torture, he had to use crutches after he was released. Ms. Yan died on October 3rd, 2009.

Ms. Liu Yaxian is a school teacher and Falun Gong practitioner in Tumen City, Jilin Province. She disappeared a few days ago. People asked around and found out that she had been arrested by the city 610 Office and has been sent to the Tumen City First High School for brainwashing. On September 22nd, it was reported that Ms. Liu was detained in a student dorm opposite the high school. The Chinese Communist Party, in the name of national security, makes a point of arresting practitioners who believe in Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance.

On October 8th, 2009, Ms. Yang Xiaojing's elderly parents drove several hours again to Gansu Province Prison in Tianshui City to once again beg for Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Cao Dong to be allowed to bid farewell to his newly deceased practitioner wife. There were many plain-clothes police waiting outside the prison, and a large number of guards were arranged inside the prison. Dong Shoutang, the Prison Education Office Chair and Warden Liu Jiangtao refused the old couple's reasonable request, saying such a thing had never been done before. On October 10th, Ms. Yang's family held a very simple farewell ceremony.

Ms. Hu Ying, a practitioner in Tieling City, was arrested by the police in July 2008. She was taken to the Liaoning Women's Prison and severely abused there, causing her to be hospitalised several times. She has endured various tortures including solitary confinement, electric shock, strenuous forced labour, sleep deprivation, and being forbidden to use the toilet. Recently, when her family members visited her, they found that Ms. Hu had become mentally confused and did not even recognise them. The police in the prison asked the family members to pay them 300 yuan for the medical bills, and showed them the hospital record showing that she had been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Even though Ms. Hu is mentally ill, the prison would not release her.

Police nabbed Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liang Shaolin and took her to the Maoming Brainwashing Centre in September 2009. Ms. Liang Shaolin was previously held at the labour camp and brainwashing centre nearly six years for her practising Falun Gong. During the arrest the police used an electric saw to break through the double doors. They broke the locks, arrested her, ransacked the place and confiscated cash, a computer and a bank deposit book.

On September 29th, 2009, a group of officers from the Yanliu Police Station in Tianjin City showed up at the front gate of Mr. Hao Yin's residence. They announced to his three daughters inside that they wanted to conduct a home search. When the girls (Xiaojing, Xiaoyan, and Xiaojiao) refused to open the front gate door, several officers repeatedly knocked on it while other officers climbed the front wall and menacingly threatened them. When the girls shouted out to their neighbours for help, the officers climbed down and left. The mother of the girls, Ms. Gao Yan'e, was reported for telling people about Falun Gong and later sentenced to three years in prison. Earlier this year, the girls' father, Mr. Hao Yin, was arrested without cause, had his home ransacked, and later received a forced labour sentence.

I started practising Falun Gong in 1996. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20th, 1999. At the end of 1999, when I went back to China to appeal for justice for Falun Gong, I was detained in the Shenyang Longshan Forced Labour Camp for half a year. Though I am now an American resident, the CCP still constantly harasses my family in China in an attempt to threaten me. In the past several months, two spies from the No. 11 Section of Shenyang City's State Security Bureau regularly harassed my parents, who are both over 70 years old.

On September 18th, 2009, a group of policemen arrived at Dai Jianguo's home. They cut off his electricity, and when a family member came out to check the fuse, they rushed into his home and brutally beat him. When Mr. Dai's mother tried to stop them, she was also beaten. After the beating, the police handcuffed him, carried him downstairs into a waiting police car, and took him away. They also ransacked his home and took away many valuables. Mr. Dai is currently imprisoned in the Shili Detention Centre, Jiujiang City.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhao Wuhu was an outstanding civil servant. He was persecuted for his belief in Falun Gong and was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. On September 18th, 2009, police arrested Mr. Zhao at his home and took him to the Xiong County Public Security Bureau. They ransacked his home and confiscated two notebook computers and a printer. Later, Mr. Zhao was taken back to Anxin County and detained. Mr. Zhao had previously been arrested during the 2008 Olympics, and later fled his home when the local police tried to arrest him again. Mr. Zhao's mother while she was shopping and detained her in the Anxin County Detention Centre. Her family managed to get her released.

Ms. Chen Zhenbo has been jailed at Wangcun Forced Labour Camp for about a year. During this time, the guards did various things to this practitioner, like inciting inmates to beat her, inserting needles into her ears, and pouring ice water on her. The guard incited these inmates, and other inmates who were drug addicts, to torture her. These inmates broke Chen Zhenbo's collar bone by kicking her. Currently, Chen Zhenbo is on the verge of death as a result of the ongoing torture.

In June 2008, the camp held a meeting for attacking Falun Gong. Ms. Zhang Guozhen shouted, "Falun Gong is good!" Zhang Chunguang tortured her with the "big hang up" for more than ten hours. She was then unable to walk and her wrists were full of blisters. On October 7th, Ms. Zhang was shocked with the electric baton for more than three hours and guard Zhang Chunguang slapped her with a shoe sole.

Because they practise Falun Gong, Ms. Wang Jinfeng and her husband have been tortured by Tian Guangquan and the other officers from the Hanbei Police Station, in Baoding City, Hebei Province. They have been harassed, arrested, and imprisoned, and their residence has been ransacked. Consequently, Ms. Wang and her husband were forced to become destitute and homeless to avoid further persecution. Seven years has passed, and their parents have also been harassed and threatened

Personnel from the Chinese Communist Party have incited those who don't know the facts about Falun Gong to manipulate, follow, monitor, harass and threaten Ms. Peng Dongjun since September, 2009. Ms. Peng was previously imprisoned in the Tongliang County Detention Centre where she was brutally tortured. The officials stole her money and belongings and destroyed her personal property. In December 2000, when Ms. Peng again went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practise Falun Gong, she was arrested she was sentenced to four years of forced labour, and was imprisoned in the Yongchuan Women's Prison in Sichuan Province.

On September 22nd, 2009, while Doctor Zhou Jun of the Rushan City People's Hospital in Shandong Province was working as usual in her office, a group of people came to her office, claiming they were from the Domestic Security Division and the Shangyejie Police Station. Without showing any IDs, they searched her desk, took her away, and put her in the Rushan Detention Centre. The police took her away because she told others that "Falun Gong is good." The police also forced her husband to go home with them and ransacked their place as well.

The Chongqing Women's Forced Labour Camp is in Shabao, Jiangbei District of Chongqing City. Most detained Falun Gong practitioners are incarcerated at brigade No. 4. Those innocent women are assigned inmates who monitor and torture them 24 hours a day. The inmate monitors are drug addicts, and they force practitioners to stand or squat in a military style for long periods of time. They berate and beat practitioners at will.

Mr. Li Jifeng is from Shulan City, Jilin Province. After becoming a Falun Gong practitioner, he was strict with himself yet tolerant of others. Everyone speaks very highly of him. Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20th, 1999, Mr. Li has been arrested and detained several times. Because he refuses to give up the practice, he has been brutally tortured.
