I deeply believe in the ancient principle, that "The vicious can not surpass the righteous!" Never in history has someone who persecuted those with upright faiths ever succeeded. Jiang can never escape the trial of history, and in the end the people will denounce him. Since Jiang persecutes people trying to be good according to the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance", this genocide is an unforgivable sin.

The media in China intentionally overlooks the lawsuits against Jiang overseas, they habitually deceive people, and deprive people of their right to know. After the judge in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois dismissed the case, the Foreign Relations speaker and the media that Jiang controls jumped at the chance to slander the lawsuit, totally forgetting that the global effort to bring Jiang to justice is still in full swing.

In 1995 I came in touch with Falun Dafa through an acquaintance. Just a short while after I have practised Falun Dafa, my physical body became indeed purified from all illness. Today at the age of 49, I am free from all illnesses. I do not need any tablets, any therapy or any ordinary physical training. Like a miracle, my body feels fantastic and it is healthy.

Near the end of July, I talked to my friend about the benefits I received from practicing Dafa. When I started talking about Jiang's group framing Dafa practitioners by fabricating the Tiananmen Square self-immolation affair, the gentlemen who had come with my friend chuckled and said to me, "You can talk about it all you want but it won't be as true as what I can say about it, because I am an eyewitness." He then went on to tell what he personally witnessed on that day.

As a China expert noted recently, what appears as a rule of law in China is in fact a rule by law. Unlike the former, the latter is characterized by the state's use of the law itself to disfavor groups, to single out groups for unfair punishment, or, as in China and Nazi Germany, to oppress, torture, exterminate or eradicate groups or classes of persons in ways that shock the conscience and cause one to wonder anew -- how can we be so noble and so base, and all be of the same human stock?

When the brutal tortures were made public and the international pressure came, those directors were sanctimonious and pretended to impose strict sanctions on those teams where the brutal tortures were happening. At that time, those evil policemen in the front line who had made great efforts to get promotion and benefits through persecuting Falun Gong, such as Jianghaiquan, Yueqingjin in the Tuanhe Labour Camp, became the scapegoats for their superiors.

"If the business is running well, we can be paid, if it is slow, we just work without being paid, and everyone understands this well. Since April this year, I have been working for 4 months and I only got 350 Yuan for one month. I do not care about it, I just regard it as I did the volunteer work in the USA. However, I would not have done something like this before I began practicing Falun Gong"

After weathering four years of bloody persecution, Falun Dafa practitioners are not frightened by police batons and lies. They are resisting Jiang and his scoundrel regime's persecution of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance" and resisting the trampling of human rights and freedom of belief. Today, Falun Dafa practitioners are using the sword of human law to bring Jiang, the head of the persecution, to trial, in order to exercise fundamental principles of humanity and to restore and uphold justice in society.

If it had been just personal resentments or just physical persecution, I would have excused those evil policemen who personally persecuted me, who gave a tacit permission to the persecution, who plotted and instigated the persecution toward me, and their higher-level officials. But it isn’t. It is destroying and trampling on human nature, conscience, and righteous belief. I would rather forget all of it. If they could stop the crimes and make up for the loss, I also would excuse them. But they still continue the crimes.

In the future society ruled by law, anyone who commits a crime against Dafa and Dafa practitioners will be brought to the court. My fellow countrymen, it is the traditional virtue of the Chinese to uphold justice and follow goodness. Dafa practitioners ask nothing from you. We just hope that in your minds there is also a standard for measuring good and evil, and also a court of law to give conscientious and righteous judgments.

Jiang controls the biggest media system, where the Party's newspapers, TV stations, radio stations, and computer systems can cover the whole world. Jiang's lies about Falun Gong can be spread to the entire world almost instantaneously. From the so-called "Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation Incident," to "The Murderer Fu Yibin," to "The Killing of Beggars in Zhejiang Province," nobody missed all these fabricated stories, including people in China, America, and even Taiwan.

"If an official does not sympathize with his own fellow countrymen, or a dead child, he is in no position to sympathize with a little inconvenience across the ocean! As the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Kong Quan should express regret and sorrow for Li Siyi in the name of the Party and the government. ...If one has no shame, how can one have sympathy? I want to further ask Mr. Kong Quan, why not sympathize with those who lost family members during the Tiananmen Massacre over ten years ago?"

I was born during the Great Cultural Revolution, and when I started my elementary school education, the Great Cultural Revolution was just over. My parents often said that we were the luckiest generation since we were born after implementation of the policies of reform and openness, in which people were better off and could go to school normally. Besides, after the relaxation of policies, we were able to make money according to our capabilities, and even go abroad for further studies. I also thought that we were lucky generation.

About one year ago, I stayed in the house of an old lady for more than half a year as a tenant. Since the old lady was a Falun Gong practitioner, I had an opportunity to understand closely the lives of Falun Gong practitioners and their thoughts. Although I have moved out, I still keep in contact with them. During that period of time, I was really impressed by the perseverance and compassion of the old landlord.

During the summer holidays, there are many Chinese tourists in Paris, and I have felt that in recent times their perception of Falun Gong has been changing a lot. Before, anyone who misunderstood us would avoid us, but now they come to chat with us and ask questions. Here are several of my experiences talking to these Chinese tourists.

History serves as a lesson to warn people of the principle of good and evil meeting just reward and retribution. From the tyranny of Jiang’s evil regime, we can clearly see the final ending of Jiang and his followers. Any evil person who has ever persecuted Falun Dafa and Dafa practitioners will surely be severely punished by Heaven. Sentient beings, wake up and stop helping the tyrant in his persecution.

Without any other alternatives, Falun Gong practitioners chose a way that does not harm anyone, yet can help them spread the truth to people on a large scale. This is TV signal interception. Their goal is simple: to let more Chinese people come to know the truth, which in turn will stop people from helping tyrants do evil, either directly or indirectly. Intercepting the TV signals is an attempt to break through the media blockade in China.

My recollection of the beginning of the persecution is that Falun Gong did not resist the Party. They just repeatedly appealed to the Party and expressed that they had no intention to resist the Party, to be involved in politics, or even to form an organization. All they requested was a environment where they could practice freely. However, it was these good intentions that encouraged the evil people in the Chinese Communist Party who wanted to suppress Falun Gong.

In China, many practitioners' family members have witnessed practitioners being persecuted with their own eyes. Family members concerned for the welfare of their loved ones might ask, "Why not just say 'I will give up practising' and then go back home and practise secretly. Isn't that all right?" I would like to share a little of my understanding regarding this issue.

Especially many of the law enforcement officers who have committed much atrocities against Dafa practitioners just because they needed to keep their jobs or worse yet, for the sake of their self interest? Aren't those who participate in the persecution in danger? Aren't they a threat to the public? What disasters can they bring to the country? As a Falun Gong practitioner, and as a human being who practices "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," shouldn't I extend every effort to tell the truth to more people?

"In the past I had been angry with corruption and underhanded Party dealings, but I had always told myself that errors are unavoidable. If we correct the errors, our Party would still have a bright future. Later, I had pinned my hopes on evolution and internal changes in the Party. Yet more and more of my wishful thinking met with dashed hopes, time and time again. But still I didn't dare doubt the Party, and as a result continued to be deceived and unaware of its true evil nature."

The Rome Statute regulates that people who commit the crime of genocide and crimes against humanity are not entitled to immunities. It is clearly indicated that; This Statute shall apply equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as a Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case exempt a person from criminal responsibility under this Statute, nor shall it, in and of itself, constitute a ground for reduction of sentence.

These photos were taken from autumn 1998 to spring 1999. The photos showed Falun Dafa's rapid development in Shijiazhuang City, and the growth in the number of practitioners between 1998 and 1999.

Beneath the veil of the rapid growth of the Chinese economy lies the question of whether or not it entails underlying dooming factors. While high economic growth is an aspect that many countries seek, it cannot be the sole aim of a nation's economy. This is because it could come at the cost of other economic necessities, i.e. social justice, environmental safety, payment fairness, etc. These sacrifices are extremely detrimental to China. The reform as executed in China could only lead to the economic demise of the country.

Many foreign investors, who have benefitted from special treatment by the government, believe that China is an investor's paradise. China's economic growth has made a positive impression on many people. Despite what it appears to be on the surface, there are still problems underneath the progressive growth. They are found in the areas of economic growth, foreign investment, trade, finance, banking, state ownership, unemployment, income distribution and social factors.

"As a matter of fact, the Party has already been ruined by Jiang. Jiang knows clearly that he has ruined the Party so he dares not let go of the military power. However, his days are numbered. It's not only Falun Gong who wants to bring Jiang to justice in the international court, but it is also the Chinese people who want to put him on trial. Now, in China, everyone, adults and children alike, all curse Jiang. He is condemned by the entire population."

In 2001, I met with a middle-school classmate of mine. He's now head of a personnel department of a certain national bureau. During our chat I talked about Falun Gong. I told him that I had cultivated for a few years and as a result I became healthy. Unexpectedly, he immediately followed: "I'm very familiar with Falun Gong. I take charge of talking with Falun Gong practitioners (to force them to give up cultivation) in my work unit." Then he spent an hour telling me how his work unit "dealt with" the Falun Gong practitioners.

The various levels of the "610 offices" form an independent but integrated system that has authority over the Chinese Communist Party, every level of government, and the judicial system. Each level is responsible only to its upper level "610 office." You will never find any legal basis for the foundation of the "610 office" no matter how you search through all the Chinese laws. The 610 Office can only be compared to the notorious Gestapo of Nazi Germany, or the KGB of the former Soviet Union...

As of today, many cases of rape involving female Dafa practitioners have taken place in China. As a matter of fact, many male practitioners have also encountered sexual assaults. Why do the police dare to commit such shameless crimes so brazenly and why is there no basic human nature left in them? For a period of time, I couldn't find a clear answer to this question. What is the root cause of such corrosive developments? Who has unleashed the beast in the police?

The declaration bases a person's guilt on his or her ways of thinking. Everything that is linked to Falun Gong is prohibited. "It is prohibited for anybody to hang or post banners that promote Falun Gong." Implementing such a prohibition is like taking China back to the era of the first emperor of the Qin dynasty, who "burned all books, rounded up dissident scholars and burned them alive." [The notorious tyrant, Qin Shihuang, a Chinese emperor of the Qin Dynasty is known in history for doing this.]

I have never ever practiced Falun Gong, or any other qigong, but as an educated everyday person that has a basic ability to judge between right and wrong, I think it is time for me to step out in fairness to Falun Gong. I could keep my mouth closed in silence, but my conscience won't let me wait any longer. Four years are long enough for me to observe, think, and judge.

The stories concocted by the Chinese Communist propaganda machine to frame Falun Gong are very superficial. A little bit of digging quickly reveals the lies. It is not very difficult to see the truth of Falun Gong. However, since the suppression of Falun Gong launched by the Chinese Communist Party is closely related to violence and the Party's self-interest, people who feel sympathetic towards Falun Gong may lose their official positions, their jobs, or their properties or even be jailed.

In Mainland China, ruled by a dictatorship, the multitude of political campaigns of suppression, and today's persecution of Falun Gong - none of these movements or campaigns have had any legal foundation. The highest government executive body, the National People's Congress, and all the law enforcement agencies, from top to bottom, are just manifestations of the dictator's personal will, so the Party can shoot the arrow first then draw the bull's eye later. Discussions of whether Falun Gong is "legal" or "illegal" are simply meaningless.

This friend and I have been in correspondence via the Internet for over a year. At the beginning she dared not talk about Qi Gong, let along Falun Gong. After gradually gaining her trust through our communication, she told me that she actually used to like Qi Gong. She was also interested in Falun Gong. As she understood more about the truth, she expressed her strong support for Falun Gong and volunteered to tell her friends the facts about Falun Gong.

One woman invited a Dafa practitioner to steal something from a neighbourhood military base. The practitioner told this woman that stealing was wrong. She told this woman about "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance," and explained the facts about the government's slander of Dafa. This woman suddenly came to understand and said: "So, that is what Falun Gong really is! Now that I know, I will never steal again."

I would never have believed it possible for a person with a kind and honest nature to be forced to use cruel torture on people who simply wanted to go out to appeal, had I not heard it with my own ears. It is because of this personal experience and because I have heard and seen so much darkness in the judicial system, that when I read the following material I could only believe everything was true

'Having worked in China's state-controlled press for nearly three years, perhaps I should have realized that I was skating on thin ice by giving an interview to a U.S. radio station at the height of the recent SARS crisis. But never for a moment did I imagine it would cause me to lose my job, be forced to leave my apartment within 48 hours, and be blacklisted from working for related publications.'

Everywhere on the road were fallen leaves cut by the grasshoppers and run over carcasses of grasshoppers. When people or vehicles approached, swarms of startled grasshoppers flew into the air to disperse. City clean-up workers swept the street every once in a while, yet the grasshoppers rapidly covered the ground once again and a thick odour from the crushed grasshoppers permeated in the air.

Then, how much money does Jiang really have and where did it come from? This is a very important question. Clarifying this question is especially important in light of the current fight against corruption and bribery. The author of the article speculates that Jiang Zemin, together with his daughter and sons, possess enormous amounts of wealth.

My friend's next-door neighbor was a prostitute and always had men visiting her late into the night, making a lot of noise. My friend planned to look for another apartment, but based on her situation, it was not easy for her to find a good location and a good landlord. With nowhere else to turn, she asked a local police officer for help in doing something about the prostitute. To her astonishment, the police officer replied, "Our police chief has ordered us to only focus on Falun Gong related issues. We do not really care about the prostitute."

In the flatlands near Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, a woman living in the countryside had previously been chronically ill. She began practicing Falun Gong in 1996, and within two months all of her diseases were gone. It was almost as if she were a new person. Every afternoon, this woman usually draws water from a well. Whenever she lifts or lowers the bucket, she sees shining golden words, as big as her fist, arranged harmoniously around the well. (She is illiterate.) The water is always clean and cool.

"Bringing a former world leader or head of state to trial is no trivial matter, not least because the kinds of crimes that such a person is capable of are no ordinary crimes. They are of a far reaching, very broad scale. After all, is genocide not just murder on a massive scale? One man may torture another at one time, but someone with power over a nation may order others to inflict torture on many at the same time. A head of state may choose to use his power wisely and benevolently or he may choose to abuse that power."

"I always knew that if I would simply write a letter denouncing Falun Gong, I would be released immediately. But if it is wrong to believe in 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance,' what hope does humanity have? This persecution was forcing people to choose between their lives and their conscience. I knew that I was being forced to make that choice, and I chose my conscience because I knew that when good men and women renounce sacred beliefs under pressure from a dictatorship, something much greater than us dies."

"How could the authorities say that my Mom died from practising Falun Gong just because she had practised Falun Gong at one time. My Mom's case is just one of the many lies Jiang has fabricated. How evil those lies are! They've made people associate "Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance," the most beautiful things in the world, with murder and people getting hurt. They've made people turn their backs on virtue. Jiang should be tried for ruining the souls of the Chinese people."

Having read many materials explaining the facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution, a friend of his understood the reason behind the persecution toward Falun Dafa and the fate of those who carry out the persecution: "No matter how you plan to make money, you cannot make money from Falun Gong practitioners. Dafa practitioners are good people cultivating themselves based on the standard of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Justice will prevail sooner or later. You should never do such an unscrupulous thing as making money from [persecuting] Dafa practitioners. You could easily get you and your family into danger."

"If you understood Chinese history, if you understood the nature of the Communist Party then you'd know... there's no such thing as "choice" in China. When Mao launched the Cultural Revolution, he detained and tortured the President of China. When Deng Xiaoping opened fire on students on Tiananmen Square and the head of the Communist Party lost his power, who had a choice? Jiang Zemin controls the military. Who has any choice?... It's not just Falun Gong that's been persecuted. I've been persecuted, too, as has my family and everyone in China."

After the persecution against Falun Gong had begun, an unscrupulous reporter disregarded journalistic ethics, distorted the facts, fabricated and changed the previous interview clips. CCTV reported "Ms. Yuan Yuge went insane due to practising Falun Gong and jumped into the Baima River together with her child." The local residents all know that the CCTV is broadcasting another fake story yet again.

"Some say Jiang felt threatened by the ability of Falun Dafa practitioners to gather in such large numbers. After all, he's known to be incredibly insecure. Some say he was jealous of Mr. Li Hongzhi, too, because of the practitioners' obvious faith in Falun Gong and Mr. Li Hongzhi. Others say it's a tactic that was commonly used by leaders in the Communist Party to consolidate their power : first you find some benign group to target, next you label them as "counterrevolutionaries" and say how dangerous they are, then you squash them so you can show the masses how astute and strong you are."

"The scale and scope of this case is vast -- spanning the landscape of Mainland China and beyond as well as involving millions of souls. And yet this is also a case about a personal vendetta, the distorted attempt of one man, and one man alone, to destroy a peaceful spiritual practice.
Let us think for a moment, ladies and gentlemen, what it means to "destroy" a spiritual practice that has no houses of worship, no formal institutions, no coffers, no membership rosters..."

One day farmers were delivering tax grain to the government. One Dafa practitioner delivered her grain on time. The police chief that once arrested that Dafa practitioner happened to be supervising the grain delivery process. After closely watching the Dafa practitioner's behaviour, the police chief said to the people who had gathered there, "You see, Falun Gong practitioners are very good; their wheat is both good quality and full weight."
