On Wednesday, February 7th, a hearing will be held in the U.S. Courthouse to decide whether certain people on "Special Missions" are exempted from prosecution under the eminent domain of diplomatic immunity for crimes they committed while acting in official capacity.

In a county in Hebei Province, a practitioner saw a policeman he knew. He asked the officer: "What have you been doing recently?" The policeman said: "We've been very busy recently. Every day, we go to the countryside for integrated management." The practitioner asked: "What things are you managing?" The policeman said: "Everything. There is nothing we don't handle. But there is one thing we don't do: we don't control Falun Gong. All Falun Gong practitioners are kind people. Even if we see them, we don't bother them!"

One need look no further than the bizarre efforts of Chinese officialdom over the past couple of weeks for confirmation of this. Around the world, embassy officials and consuls of the Chinese state have been putting the Chinese people's hard-earned tax dollars to work trying, oddly enough, to bring down a Chinese cultural show--New Tang Dynasty Television's Chinese New Year Spectacular.

In the U.S., where the freedom of belief is respected, her suggestion of course didn't receive much support, and she later apologised privately. However, her comments raised an important issue: What is authentic Chinese culture? Is Falun Gong part of authentic Chinese culture? Is the NTDTV Spectacular presenting authentic Chinese culture?

The current NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular is not only pleasing audiences with its performances, but it is also enabling people to experience pure compassion and pure beauty, providing both spiritual pleasure and moral edification. Even more importantly, this show has revived "worshipping the heavens, spreading virtue" and "nurturing society's moral standards, educating people" -- the essential functions of the performing arts according to the divine culture. In this way, the Spectacular is presenting true, orthodox Chinese culture.

the Falun Dafa Association and the Minghui/Clearwisdom website founded the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" (CIPFG, also called "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution") one month later. The CIPFG is collecting information from people who have come forward and is calling on people who know the truth to further expose crimes concerning illegal organ harvesting in China. Below is information that has come to light recently.

When thousands of Western audience members left the theatre after watching the Chinese New Year Spectacular, they had gained a new understanding of ancient Chinese culture. It is marvellous that people can enjoy traditional Chinese culture. This was truly something to be proud of, as the performance we presented to the world showed the essence of our traditional Chinese culture.

One day, I ran into a military police officer in China who had just recently retired. When I clarified the truth about Falun Dafa to him, he replied: "Falun Gong is good! When I was in the army, my division was in charge of supervising jailed detainees, and in the jail there were Falun Gong practitioners. They were very good people, and we treated each other like friends. They even taught us the exercises. Isn't there an exercise called 'Arhat Carrying a Mountain on His Back?' I truly admire their perseverance!"

Early on, there were only two practitioners. One of them was a student in Cheng Kung University and the other was a lady. They found that there were many tourists in the garden in the afternoon. To give chances to more people to learn about Falun Dafa, in March 2001 they decided to set up another exercise site in the afternoon.

And then he said, "See, among the Falun Gong practitioners in our forced labour camp, there are PhD graduates, instructors at universities, doctors, engineers, statisticians, college students, and farmers. I hear there is a practitioner who used to be a policeman that is now detained in the Women's Ward. From the population structure, I see that practitioners have come from all walks of life. I have also observed that each of you is very kind. No one is picky when they are assigned labour work. No one is found to be lazy and none of you tries to seize a chance to work less."

On January 31st, 2007, two Canadian investigators released the revised version of their investigation report in which more direct evidence was added, showing that victims of live organ harvesting are Falun Gong practitioners. Such operations involving harvesting organs from living individuals have been undertaken in hospitals across China.

The revised version of the Canadian independent investigation report released on January 31st, 2007, revealed an important dark scheme: the military of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been involved in the crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale.

Withdrawal statements in which people declare their quitting the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organisations are usually from individuals, groups of friends or family. This statement is by a group of people from a CCP-affiliated law enforcement organisation. This indicates that more and more people are learning the truth and their consciences are awakening.

The CIPFG is collecting information from people who have come forward and is calling on people who know the truth to further expose crimes concerning illegal organ harvesting in China. We call on all people of conscience to lend their help to expose the facts of this vicious persecution of Falun Gong practitioners inside secret concentration camps, forced labour camps, prisons and hospitals in Mainland China. Below is information that has come to light recently.

In today's society where morality is going downhill daily and people are solely bent on profit to the neglect of everything else with confused minds, I see hope for China and for the whole of humanity, due to the selfless devotion and unyielding determination demonstrated by Falun Gong practitioners. They are examples for our national morality.

The driver of the truck with the trailer was not injured, so he went to check on the practitioners in the ditch. The three practitioners stood up with no injuries. The driver asked, "How are you doing? Let's go to the hospital!" A senior practitioner over 70 years old said, "We are fine because we are practitioners. We practise Falun Dafa. You can go ahead and check on the people in the other truck." Then the driver went to the large truck and found that the driver was just slightly injured.

Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Sometimes there are two police cars patrolling together! Here I want to reveal one incident to you. In 2005 at a local community in Shanghai, the leaders encouraged the general public to report Falun Gong practitioners in the neighbourhood. I hate this. They do not do anything for people; they do not build schools for those kids who cannot afford education, but they use the money to kidnap good people! Ms. Yu, I strongly support you.

What are the sources of these organs when voluntary organ donation is extremely rare in China? Whether the answer is harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, or organs extracted from executed prisoners as the Communist government claims, it means the Transplant Society of the Chinese Medical Association and numerous participating hospitals and medical staff have committed severe ethical violations and crimes.

Since its inception five years ago, NTD TV has reported on many politically sensitive issues that the CCP tries to censure yet are critical to the lives of the Chinese people. Examples include SARS, Hong Kong's Article 23, movements in China to protect civil rights, the continued persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, and especially the organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners. The CCP has long perceived the station's unique coverage and unflinching reporting as a great threat. The cancellation of the show in Seoul is another entry in the record of CCP's suffocation of freedom of speech around the world.

CHINA--In the middle of January, 2007, the BBC Chinese website published an interview regarding organ harvesting in China. For the first time, China's Ministry of Health spokesman Mao Qunan admitted to the practice of organ harvesting from executed prisoners in China, which he had publicly denied before. However, Mao evaded key evidence of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners and denied that accusation.

Some Falun Dafa practitioners and many well-known people of conscience who condemn the cruelty of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), often refer to the "CCP's persecution of the Chinese people" as "the CCP persecuting its own people." Actually, this type of thinking has been produced by the party culture and has polluted Chinese culture.

Once he completed what he had to say, one student stood up and said, ‘Teacher, what you said is not right. Falun Gong is great and Falun Gong practitioners are good people. The Tiananmen Square 'Self-Immolation' incident is fake" Another student added, "Yes, the ‘Self-Immolation’ incident was not real. Liu Siying, a 12-year-old girl, was burned badly in this incident. Her wounds from the burns should have been treated by exposing the wounds rather than covering them with a bandage that would cause infection"

At the same time, Chinese media started reporting on organ transplants performed for financially deprived people and stories about organ donation, in an attempt to create the illusion that most transplant organs in China come from voluntary donations. In the meantime, more and more evidence has emerged showing that Falun Gong practitioners are indeed victims of live organ harvesting.

Against this backdrop, the six women who had the courage to follow their conscience and do the right thing for their fellow citizens and for Singapore have been held in contempt of court and placed in a Singapore jail, for insisting on their right to a fair trial. This has occurred after they were deprived of their right to legal counsel of their choice, a courtroom open to the public, and the right to cross examine witnesses in support of their own defence.

After the horrifying discovery of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and the immediate cremation of their bodies to destroy the evidence was exposed on March 4th, 2006, the Falun Dafa Association and the Minghui websites founded the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" exactly one month later. The CIPFG is collecting information from people who have come forward, and is calling on people who know the truth to further expose the crimes concerning illegal organ harvesting in China.

I asked many students, "What do you think of Ms. Ye?" They told me one after another, "Ms. Ye is one of the most liked and respected teachers at the college. Her classes are lively, and she teaches in earnest. In class she holds our hands to teach us drawing. After the class, she spends her free time patiently tutoring the slower students. She is the most outstanding young teacher in our department."

Jiang Zemin had once issued a secret order, "No measure is excessive in dealing with Falun Gong." The Chinese Communist regime’s internal policies have long since permitted harvesting of organs from live Falun Gong practitioners, which means the Communist regime legalised the harvesting of organs from live Falun Gong practitioners while at the same time keeping the public in the dark about the source of organs.

Sadly to say, the representatives of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in foreign countries have not ceased to interfere with the production and presentation of NTDTV's Chinese New Year Spectacular. The CCP's emissaries have used a number of tactics to stop the productions, including threats or bribing of performers and sponsors throughout the world.

The next three shows at the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco between January 5th and January 7th were sold out. Close to 10,000 people witnessed a live performance based on songs and elaborate group dances. Each program reveals traditional Chinese culture's sanctity and inner meaning. The Chinese Communist regime, however, pressured the Korea National Theater in Seoul through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Department of Culture to cancel NTDTV's performance on January 6th, 2007, by threatening to cancel a National Theater performance slated for China this coming June.

The former head of the CCP, Jiang Zemin and his gang panicked and took even more measures to block the Internet. They also installed along the country's borders and on the plateaus equipment to interfere with satellite TV signals from other nations. They equipped National Security agents and the police with advanced technology. Special purpose vehicles, with antennas mounted on the top that can detect radiation from computers, roamed the streets.

Mencius said "A benevolent person has no enemy." However, the belief in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance is far beyond what "benevolence" can express. If "benevolence" has no enemy then the principle of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" has no enemy. To be able to persuade people to distinguish right from wrong and to quit the evil CCP to regain the purity of life, freedom, and safety is one of the concrete manifestations of the belief in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.

According to Amnesty International, those Chinese who are receiving terms in labour camps are denied access to a lawyer and have no court hearing. "Sentencing" is usually decided by the Chinese police alone. Chinese people can be retained in a labour camp for up to four years and are at high risk of being beaten or tortured, particularly if they refuse to recant their "crimes".

We at the (unnamed) Police Station have persecuted many Falun Gong practitioners in days gone by, causing you to suffer untold misery and separating your families, and resulting in broken homes and devastation. All of us police officers at the station sincerely apologise to you, and we are truly very sorry. We were all forced by the Chinese Communist Party.

The director then considered that if she was dismissed from her job because she practised Falun Gong, wouldn't her livelihood be taken away from her? In addition, she was unmarried; how would she cope in the future? Out of this one kind thought, the director put the matter on the back burner. When a trace was put on it from his superiors, he stalled it for a while and it was forgotten, thereby saving the practitioner.

The Chinese Communist Party's declaration not to be involved in the human organ trade is obviously an attempt to cover up their crimes in harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners. Such tactics are typical of the Party's actions in the past, but their attempts to cover up their crimes only make them more conspicuous.

They say they are not interested in politics, but unconsciously, they really do not know the difference between right and wrong, and do not want to take charge of themselves. They are unable to decide what they want to see or hear. Is this what is meant by "having no interest"?

I was an ordinary citizen from Jieyang City, Guangdong Province in China. I met several Falun Gong practitioners before 1999 and from our conversations I learnt of some wonderful stories about Falun Gong cultivation. I was moved by their compassionate words and deeds derived from their cultivation of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance." I had always had the opinion that it would do society a lot of good if we had more Falun Gong practitioners.

In the 70s, the CCP summarised a set of torture methods from the chaotic "Cultural Revolution." It put these virulent methods in effect through the neighbourhood committee's administration, governed the neighbourhood by registering each resident in the registration book, synchronised with the one in the local police station. Whoever they thought belonged to an "alien element," a "dangerous element," or someone who did not follow their decrees, they would contact the local police, who would send such people for brainwashing.

One day, the police arrived at our building and pretended to check residency IDs. They knocked on my door so loudly that our neighbours came out when they heard. The neighbours blocked the police from entering my home, and the police left empty-handed. Later on the neighbours told me, "We cannot let anyone disturb you!"

Learning of this outrageous incident, an elderly lady who is a fish vendor asked for some materials containing the true facts surrounding the persecution from Falun Gong practitioners and helped them distribute the materials. She also said that she would visit Ms. Liu in the hospital.

But the number eight has other significance as well, a more personal significance that has marred the perfection of that number. I haven't been back home to China in eight years because eight years ago the Chinese government began its malicious persecution of my religion, Falun Gong, a peaceful cultivation practice. Should I return to China now, there's a chance that even I could be detained by the government. But I'm here, safe, in the United States. More importantly, my entire extended family lives in China right now, in the midst of a genocide.

My relatives were all anxious and sad, and they recommended major hospitals in Beijing. I thought to myself, "I now suffer from cancer and there is no cure. I would not like to have my daughters and sons fall into debt because of my incurable illness." But my desire for life made me not want to die like this. I then heard about Falun Gong and its miraculous health effects. I wanted to try Falun Gong, because I had nothing to lose after all.

A society with no moral restraints is a dreadful prospect! The purpose of the enforcement of atheism upon the Chinese people, with the dogma of "No fear of heaven, no fear of earth," by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is to distort the mind and ideology of the Chinese people. It confines people's minds within the boundaries controlled by the CCP. The CCP has manipulated generations of good and honest Chinese people by indoctrinating them with their ideology, one that has no moral restraint.

I am a 62 year old middle school teacher. I suffered from many illnesses before I began practising Falun Dafa. For almost 26 years I had suffered from illnesses such as congenital heart disease, pulmonary tuberculosis, cervical vertebra ossein proliferation, Meniere's syndrome and an attachment to sleep. I had worn three pairs of special glasses for older people before I was just over 40 years old. Towards the end everything was blurry when I read. I also had rheumatoid arthritis and other persistent illnesses.

On November 14th, 2006, at the National Organ Transplant Application and Technology Conference held in Guangzhou City, Vice Minister of Chinese Health Department Huang Jiefu admitted that the majority of the country’s domestic transplanted organs come from executed prisoners. He played tricks as he spoke, trying to divert people’s attention, and to place responsibility onto doctors without professional ethics who perform the transplant surgeries. He consequently covered up three major issues.

My family, after their arrival at the scene, took me to the hospital for an examination, as they were concerned about me. The result showed no internal injuries in the bones and muscles and only a few skin-deep scratches on the surface. The doctor was quite surprised as well, and said, "It is unbelievable that a woman of her age was hit by a car and landed so far away with no internal injuries. I have never seen anything like this before." I know clearly within myself why this happened.

When the practitioner was sent to the brainwashing session, the policeman managed to get the practitioner back. One time, the practitioner was arrested. The policeman stopped by his home and told the practitioner's parents, "Do not give any money if you're fined. However much you pay, it doesn't make a difference." He often visits the practitioner's family to see if things are all right.

In Qiqihar, police referred to him as "the godfather." They said, "The mafia is sinister, but the godfather goes beyond that." The Chinese Communist Party needs such thugs and now calls on the entire police system in Heilongjiang Province to learn from him. However, among his accomplishments, persecution of Falun Gong was not dared to be mentioned. It seems Sun also knows it is the worst thing to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

Moreover, the corpses of practitioners whose organs were illegally harvested are burned in order to destroy the evidence. Further, other living practitioners who are being illegally detained do not know that their organs are to be removed and their bodies are to be burned. The evil party would not let the ones who are alive know about it. They would deceive them into submitting to medical examinations, hospitalisation, being transfered to other locations, or make them believe they are being released.
