While distributing the materials, we sent forth a strong righteous thought: "Save sentient beings." No matter what, no one can ever interfere. Let the people who have a predestined relationship obtain the materials. Although we have encountered some danger and some people who didn't know the truth have reported us, with Teacher's protection, we have made it through the ups and downs of these last several years.

I definitely should not stay in such a dirty place. My original life is calling me. I should cherish the chance that comes only once in millions of years. I should cultivate from my heart and look inward. If I can just see things from the standpoint of the Fa and of saving sentient beings, all the difficulties will self-destruct and all the interference will disintegrate.

In the cabinet they opened, there was a box of truth clarification information disks about the persecution of Falun Gong. But they didn't discover them. When they opened it, I was very calm, only telling them the truth about Falun Gong and treating them as my own family members who were waiting for salvation.

She said, "Lower your voice! Lower your voice!" When I finished the first lecture I asked her if she could understand it. She said that she could. I asked her why she no longer asked me to lower my voice. She said, "It is a good thing. We do not need to be nervous."

However, we all forget one critical thing--that "looking inward" is the way to truly cultivate ourselves. Looking inward is the process of cultivation and of assimilating ourselves into Dafa. Thus, "looking inward" should not become a catch phrase. It wouldn't work if we only talked about "looking inward" and "exposing our human attachments."

Before, I forced myself to clarify the truth, distribute materials, and save people, in order to remove my attachments and pursuits. Now, it's totally different. We are Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples. We have huge responsibilities. We must be responsible to the Fa, the cosmos, sentient beings, and the future.

I have greatly benefited from Dafa in more ways than I can say. For one thing, compared to my peers, I look very healthy and young. People who know me all compliment me on my youthful appearance. I found this was a perfect opportunity to dispel people's misconceptions about Falun Gong and ultimately save them.

The difference now is that I read the book with a calm mind and focus on each word and each sentence. When I do not understand something, I read the same sentence again and again, until I understand the principles corresponding to my level, before I move on. I am very attentive and not absent-minded at all, nor do I think about other things.

On our path of cultivation, there is little time to try again. We should not waste any time available to us. When our main consciousnesses is strong, we can really feel that bad things that we do are sins. We should always remind ourselves and cultivate more diligently within the time left.

Cultivation is the process of human and divine thoughts rising up in turn. When the divine thoughts are strong, things go smoothly, and when human thoughts take over, there is interference. The divine thoughts come from our Fa study and cultivation. When we cultivate away human thoughts and strengthen our divine thoughts, that is thinking righteously.

So why do I still have attachments to the human world, especially to resentment, competitiveness, suspicion, and jealousy? I looked inwards and realized I had been studying the Fa as a formality, but not learning it from my heart.

Before his departure, he said to me sincerely, "I will practice Falun Gong after I am released." He was sentenced to three years of imprisonment, and he knew that my term was four years. He asked me to go to his home to teach him Falun Gong, and gave me his home address. I agreed, thinking that one more person would obtain the Fa.

After my release, I took every opportunity to study the Fa. I managed to find a copy of Master's "Fa Teaching at the 2008 New York Conference." I studied this lecture repeatedly and transcribed it four times. Now I feel changes in my body every day. Master often gives me hints in my dreams, reminding me to look inward and strive forward diligently.

Several days later, we had another meeting. Again, I told him the mighty power of Falun Dafa and explained the karmic relationships between people. I answered some of his questions and read Master's articles to him. He expressed his respect for Dafa and withdrew from the CCP. I was pleased that his being was saved.

The kindness strengthened through practising cultivation enables me to always think of the clients and not scheme for my own personal interests. Many clients have become my friends. They know the truth about Dafa, and many have quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations.

When there is a period of slacking off and one is in low spirits, we should be alert and understand that this is exactly the moment when the righteous (Buddha nature) and the evil (demonic nature) are battling in our own dimension. It is also the time when we make our choices. It is completely up to us what path we choose.

We don't need to have the exact same thoughts as others during our cultivation. It is good to have a normal communication and sharing. It helps us to see our own shortcomings. But it isn't good to have closed minds and hold stubbornly to our own opinions, or quote Teacher's sentences with our own attachments as proof of our opinions.

When we do things, we must be considerate toward others. This might even be used as an example for future generations. That is because everything we do in a righteous way will be left for future generations, and it is for them to follow and will be used as an example.

An attachment to "I," that is, selfishness, is the most fundamental attachment and is the root cause of all attachments. Aren't all attachments about "I love," "I want," and "I" as the centre? It is because deep in our hearts we don't want to hurt "self" or give up "self" that it is impossible to fundamentally eliminate attachments.

My fundamental goal was to expose all lies, and I did not back off when faced with difficulties. I was not afraid when I was talking to people. It is my responsibility to help people find out the truth. I forgot about everything else and just concentrated on what I was doing.

When I saw my cultivation insights published on "Minghui Weekly," my heart palpitated. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was only after I had repeatedly read the article that I was certain it was indeed my article. Later, I calmed down and told myself: "Good or bad comes from one thought."

A single stick is easy to break, but a bundle of sticks tied together is very strong. It is the same with human thoughts. If one does not pay attention, after a while, a karmic field will form. After it extends deeper into our dimension, it is hard to eliminate.

When the heart is melted into the Fa, our body will become light." Just after that thought, my shoulder became light and my leg was no longer convulsing. I stretched my legs slowly and felt that my whole body was moving up gradually, as if I were weightless, and felt extremely comfortable.

I have been practising Dafa for many years and some of my attachments and acquired notions have been removed. But when I think back now, I find that during my individual cultivation period, most of my thoughts were actually dominated by acquired notions. These thoughts are just barriers that prevent me from keeping righteous thoughts all the time while handling things.

I asked myself, "Did you follow Teacher's Fa? Did you behave as a practitioner?" In the subsequent days, I treated my family as my cultivation environment and my family members as sentient beings for me to save.I reminded myself to keep righteous thoughts and study the Fa well. I was certain that I could handle all conflicts and family members properly.

My mind wandered again yesterday while reading Zhuan Falun. So, I thought I should probably memorize the book, but was afraid it would slow down the speed of my reading. With this dilemma in the back of my mind, I suddenly discovered that all the distracting thoughts that had bothered me had vanished.

There is only one thing on a divine being's mind at every moment and under every circumstance, and that is validating Dafa and saving sentient beings. No matter how favourable or harsh the environment, a divine being's mind will not changed, and he/she will steadfastly continue on the path of belief.

Our gong cultivates both mind and body. How come I was showing signs of premature ageing? I know Teacher has told us that doing the exercises is the best way to rest. Yet when facing the reality of the situation, what I followed were my notions. I know what Teacher said is true, but I didn't truly believe in Teacher and the Fa.

All I heard and saw was the attacks, beatings, and fighting that was promoted by the Chinese Communist Party. I didn't know what was good and bad, let alone how to be a good person. My judgement of good and bad was reversed. Compassionate Teacher saved me.

I asked myself why I can't step out of the circle of "selfishness." When I consider my own situation, my own difficulties, my own misery and my own pressure, am I selfish and egocentric? Are these human notions? Aren't these all transformed by human thoughts? Aren't these all false impressions?

At my current level I have the understanding that if we study the Fa with calm hearts, we will be able to eliminate our attachments during Fa study and reach certain levels of consummation. Eliminating our attachments leaves no loopholes for the evil to take advantage of, thus effectively ending the persecution.

With openness and dignity, he clarified the facts about the persecution, and how people have started to quit the evil party. The judge laughed when hearing about the party's absurd behaviour. At last, the practitioner was released unconditionally. He didn't even think of his personal safety or the pain he was suffering. All he was thinking about was saving sentient beings and validating the Fa.

We should also improve our communication with young practitioners and let them know more about the persecution. When the children and I are studying the Fa, I tell them to read the book with their heart and look up words that they aren't sure of.

One human thought can mean the difference between good and evil. If you study Dafa with pursuit, you will forever be limited to seeing principles on a human level, not the true manifestation of the Buddha Fa at different levels.

When I got my lunch, at times I asked for more. It's not possible to return leftovers, and it's a pity to throw them away, so I took them home and thought, "Great, now, I also have dinner. I'll ask for more tomorrow." Immediately, Teacher's words about "loss and gain" came to my mind. I felt so ashamed that I still held such bad thoughts.

I think as adult practitioners, we must do the three things well and cultivate ourselves well. This is the key to leading young practitioners well. We should not look down on young practitioners. Their minds are less distracted and very pure. They sometimes love to play, and we should also look at this with compassion.

During the Fa-rectification everything is being created anew. While we are still in the cultivation process we should compare our thinking with the Fa's requirements and deeply investigate our thoughts. We should ask ourselves if our thinking really is the kind of pure, upright thinking that is in line with the Fa.

To think that I have only just learned to search inward after many years of cultivation makes me feel ashamed because Teacher had cared for me all these years. It is now the final stage of the Fa-rectification period. Today's Falun Gong practitioners are the guardians of the future cosmos. We ought to grasp the time to do the three things well and search inward more frequently so as to return home with Teacher.

Without fear, I went to the residential office and local 610 Office to expose the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and other Chinese people. I told them that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) poisoned people by using deceit and propaganda. I also talked about the CCP's trampling of spiritual belief, human rights and humanity.

Furthermore, I was also attached to my appearance. When others said that I looked younger than my age, although I didn't acknowledge it openly, I always felt good inside. What a strong attachment to vanity! A true enlightened being should not be moved. Doesn't my youthful appearance come from cultivating Dafa?

I would like to use this article to tell all young practitioners, "Catch up, have righteous thoughts like a god and walk upright during the last part of the way home. We have grown up already. We should be able to cultivate independently and should not depend on the outside environment."

Furthermore, these evil, ugly images, full of lust, seduction, and demonic themes in video games and cartoons, are even more polluting than what occurs in ordinary society. Don't underestimate them just because they are seen in video games and cartoons. You can find everything in them, including competitiveness, jealousy, elation, lust, and many other attachments.

Over the years, I've followed Master's teachings in my life. I've treated all events, good or bad, as opportunities to validate the Fa. Whomever I meet, I know that he was someone that Master wanted me to save. Many people have learned the truth and withdrawn from the CCP.

We are saving sentient beings, but we should attach more importance to the process instead of solely the result. It is most important to cultivate ourselves well. From Teacher's Fa, we know that saving sentient beings is our mission and our grand prehistoric vow.

We should never acknowledge the old forces' persecution. We should send our mighty righteous thoughts to disintegrate the evil that persecutes practitioners and help them. We should only acknowledge Master's choice of having practitioners shine like gold. Why shouldn't we practitioners send positive messages for our fellow practitioners?

Having a youthful look provides a good way to validate the Fa while clarifying the facts to people. People can see it with their own eyes, so they have to believe it. How we can better utilize this example depends on the practitioner's righteous thoughts and whether we remember, at every minute, that we are cultivators.

Under difficult living conditions, many of my attachments will appear, such as the attachments to fame, interest, lust, and sentimentality. They repeatedly occur like an illness and must be removed fundamentally, so I can be thoroughly purified.

I would like to remind fellow practitioners and myself not to be attached to time or any external changes. Everything has been arranged in order. Every step we make is because of Teacher's infinite compassion. How many predestined people on earth have not obtained the Fa? How many people with great virtue have not learned the truth about Falun Gong or have not been saved? Teacher thinks of every sentient being!

In many cases, while we are resisting the persecution, rescuing fellow practitioners, and doing things to validate the Fa, the reason that we are still persecuted or the effect was not good is due to our attachments of fear, pursuit, and so on. We are concerned for ourselves more than saving the sentient beings and being selfless and altruistic. The persecution means nothing but letting go of attachments and saving the sentient beings.

Why do we only look inward when we feel uncomfortable? Some fellow practitioners don't look inward as the key to upgrading themselves in everyday life, but wait until bad things happen and then look inward. Although they upgrade somewhat, losses still result.
