I wanted people to know what Falun Dafa was about and its worth, even if only one person learned the truth. I used pressure-sensitive copying paper so I could produce three copies at a time, and when I was tired, my sister took over. We accumulated 50 copies before going out and posting them. It was the first time we had some kind of authentic information about Falun Gong in our local area, and I did what a Dafa disciple was supposed to do.

In my understanding, a practitioner's being arrested during this time is perhaps because the old forces are using the excuse of his not respecting Teacher and the Fa, and therefore they use his attachments and loopholes in this respect as their excuse to ruthlessly persecute him. As Dafa practitioners, we do not acknowledge any persecution. But since it has happened, we should look inside to find the reasons why and the lessons that we need to learn from this.

When our thoughts deviate from the universe's fundamental principles of Truthfulness-Compassion- Forbearance, and our main consciousness realizes it, then we can actively assimilate to Dafa to rectify our thoughts. In the process, the negative substances within us will be reduced, and we will gradually become righteous. It is a repetitive process until we thoroughly assimilate to Dafa, align ourselves with the fundamental characteristics of the universe and finally reach the state of "all-harmonizing-and-never-failing."

I have met people who don't understand what I'm talking about and simply laugh. They say, "Young people like you also believe in this?" Some people have refused to talk with me and some have reprimanded me. I refuse to let them move me. Instead I send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the communist evil spectre and other evil factors behind them.

At those times when the evils are gathering together to persecute practitioners, it's a good opportunity for us to clean them all out. Teacher provides us with opportunities to establish our mighty virtue and we should treasure them. Miracles can happen when we firmly believe in Teacher and the Fa and use Dafa disciples' righteous thoughts to handle all things.

While sending forth righteous thoughts, I thought of eradicating all the demonic beings, demons, and dark minions, cleaning out the old forces' elements, and denying any pact with the old forces. At the same time, I called out to Master: "Your disciple is asking you, 'Help me out of here so I can fulfil the vows I have made in a prehistoric time and save sentient beings.'"

Then a red faced general came towards me. I saw that he looked honest and reliable, thus I gave him my command seal to clean up the mess. After he took the command seal he looked at me with a guilty conscience and walked away quickly. I suddenly felt that he looked strange and thus I dragged him back and asked him what was wrong. He was so frightened that the did not say anything and his red face expanded and turned purple. I knew that it was evil and thus I put it inside the bottle too.

Regarding the fact that the village leaders were moved by the practitioner's initiative in donating the money, even though they expressed their wish to protect the practitioners, they were simply grateful for the practitioner who helped them to fulfil the task given by the CCP. They did not really understand that when the money went to the CCP departments it would be used to crack down on dissidents. They might not know that the CCP has always acted with utter disregard for human life.

As I continue studying and memorizing the Fa, I keep thinking of new ways to save sentient beings and persevere in executing these ideas. The evil beings can do nothing about me. After a while, I received money for the materials site. My company then increased my salary by 700 yuan. When I received the next pay check I was in tears. I knew Teacher had been watching over me and knew the increased salary was meant to fund the site.

Nowadays, there are all kinds of people on the streets: beautiful ladies, handsome men, homely ones, pretty ones, and beggars. What kinds of thoughts do we think about them? Are they compassionate? If the thoughts are bad, they have a negative effect, because a thought of ours is a substance that has energy. At the same time, we'd lose virtue (de). Also, our bad thoughts, which are alive, can have an impact toward developing viciousness in the person--it'd be just the same as pushing the person closer to hell.

In the Fa-rectification period, Teacher will help us with everything as long as we have steadfast faith in the Fa. I have faced many tribulations, but Teacher has helped me pass all of them. When I wished to clarify the truth to people in order to save them, Teacher made arrangements. When I ran into trouble due to my attachments, Teacher helped me overcome the trouble once I detected my attachments and rectified my mentality. As a result, those difficulties didn't cost me any tangible losses.

When we come across a problem, be it of human or divine nature, we are required to look within. To resolve the issue at hand is critical and it is the dividing line between a human and a divine being. At present some practitioners are taking a passive attitude and try to hide from the seemingly rampant persecution. They use human notions to look at the situation and a human method to achieve temporary security.

At the brainwashing centre, the staff said to her angrily, "What the hell are you doing here?" The practitioner kept her composure and said to the staff clearly, "I am here to distribute flyers. Falun Dafa is good!" Then she took out the two flyers left in her handbag and gave them to the staff saying "These are the only two flyers I have left, please take a look!" The staff turned to the police and said, "Take her back home!" Without saying anything, the police immediately drove the practitioner home.

Sending forth righteous thoughts at close range to the evil's den can eliminate the evil beings and factors on a large scale, alleviate the suffering of detained practitioners, and at the same time win over the understanding and support from the detained practitioners' families. I hope practitioners from other regions can participate when conditions permit.

Even for non-practitioners, too much self-pride is a bad thing. Excessive self-pride is often seen when dealing with adversity, with the person not having a good mental attitude in adverse situations, and being unable to face these situations with a calm mind. They consider life unfair, and in order to protect themselves from the fear of being looked down upon, they lock themselves up in a shell.

"One man from China in his forties came over when there was media interview. He said, 'I want to speak out. I always stand with Falun Gong practitioners because I know they are right and do right thing. If CCP thugs and Chinese consulate have anything to say, they can speak out in public. Why do they attack people? Such despicable action is bad for all Chinese immigrants. Many people thought we are like that. I speak here and am not afraid of you thugs. I speak fair words.'"

I also had improper behaviour: When someone misunderstood Dafa, I would be very upset, since I have difficulty when people do not easily understand me or believe me. I become impetuous and raise my voice. When somebody pointed this out to me, I took it as normal, and in line with the standards of everyday people. Who can keep calm when persecuted so severely? I also complained that people refused to come to their senses.

After I went abroad to study, I tried to contact the local practitioners in the area, hoping to join them. At the very beginning, the practitioners did not know me. In addition, I was not diligent in my cultivation, so sometimes I was regarded with suspicion, which was a big blow to me. In the past, I was so glad to meet fellow practitioners, but later I was very sad. My attachment of fear became more obvious. I wanted to explain my situation to these practitioners, but I was afraid that I would not be able to explain it very clearly, so I made the situation worse.

Some of my relatives still do not understand and have even refused to listen to the truth about
Falun Gong. This is because I have not been able to let go of my emotional attachment to them. I anxiously worry about them. After reading Master's articles regarding this attachment, I realized that I considered them as my loved ones and not sentient beings who need to be saved. Now, I always ask myself whether I clarify the truth to them the same way that I clarify the truth to other sentient beings.

At that time, I also saw that in the team that sent forth righteous thoughts, there were practitioners who continuously held Fa instruments with both hands. They joined the team in a dignified manner, and were able to join the Fa-rectification process. The energy field was getting stronger and stronger. The appearances of practitioners changed with the strengthening of the energy field, from their true facial expressions to looking like warriors on four sides.

There are 41 teaching and administrative staff members in my school. Now, half of them have withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliated organizations and over 30 have accepted Falun Gong truth clarification materials. Over a thousand students have withdrawn from the CCP's youth organizations. About 20 students who will soon go to middle school have said that they will not join the Communist Youth League.

In the busy season, this practitioner took the time to finish all of his family's farm chores. He then went to work as a laborer. He spent all his income from his labor on saving sentient beings. He made his money doing hard work in the scorching sun day after day and year after year. He also has a family and children. I was deeply impressed by his work ethic and his painstaking efforts.

...One day her schoolteacher started to pick on her and criticize her repeatedly. Many of her peers also started to criticize her and speak ill of her. When she closed her eyes and pressed her hands on her ears in the classroom, she saw cloud after cloud of white substance, which looked like cotton balls, falling on her head. She immediately thought, "They are giving me good stuff! I will not push it away by losing my temper." That evening she saw a giant Falun rotating in front of her for over ten minutes. She knew it was Teacher trying to encourage her.

The practitioners remained incredibly calm, even when standing face-to-face with police brandishing automatic machine guns. We maintained impeccable order such as is rarely seen--even in military troops. When we remained quiet, time stood still, and when one practitioner stood up and recited Lunyu, thousands of voices immediately joined in, and it was as if the heavens were listening to us

I feel my entire body is filled and enveloped with energy in a very comfortable way when I send righteous thoughts. There are times I feel uplifted afterwards; I feel my body is larger than the Earth, that I am getting rid of evil, participating in getting rid of the evil in New York and feel that heaven and earth have been rectified. Every time I finish, I feel great. Hence, I rarely miss sending righteous thoughts in the evenings and I pay more and more attention to it.

Cultivation is not child's play. It is a matter more serious than anything else. It is not just for talking about but must be put it into action. You might sound rational when talking about the Fa, but without putting it into action in, you cannot call it cultivation. A true practitioner can let go of the attachments to fame, profit and qing; otherwise, you still are an ordinary person.

The young policemen didn't say anything, but from their eyes it could be seen that they seemed to agree with what Aunt said. The atmosphere in the room immediately became relaxed. Some even half-joked, "Aunt, you are really powerful. You could even tell us the truth here!" From the words of the young policeman, it is obvious that he showed respect for Aunt because she could clarify the truth in adversity.

Actually, looking inward to find one's own shortcomings is not very difficult. As long as you have determination, Teacher will remind you every time. The key is whether you are willing to give up human notions and whether you are willing to truly cultivate yourself. Teacher has silently shouldered so much for us. How can I repay Teacher? How can I lessen Teacher's worries about me? What result does Teacher hope to see?

Looking back, I was upset because my idea was not implemented and I was too attached to my own understanding and the approval and acceptance of others. My resentment came from my attachment to self, and self-validation. Why did I put so much emphasis on my own understanding and ways of doing things? The way to improve is to let go.

When I knew the evildoers were coming, I told myself, "OK, let them come! I will not hide or escape, I am not afraid of you." I thought my righteous thoughts were strong, but my thoughts were not based on the Fa. The Fa does not require us to resist the persecution the old forces arranged but instead urges us to negate it in the first place.

One chapter from the book 'Journey to the West' talks about the illness karma that Tang Seng endured. When Tang Seng was coping with the illness karma, Ba Jie shouted out that he wanted to break away and leave the group. Wu Kong was the one who explained the real cause of the illness, which lay in Tang Seng's past.

A practitioner owned two stores in a shopping mall, and many practitioners worked for him at the stores. Their products also provided a lot of convenience to other practitioners. However, the city government was demolishing buildings in many areas, and there were rumours nearly every day that this mall would be demolished. There was a lot of panic over this, and many stores moved out.

Of course, sometimes Doudou wants to play all the time, and sometimes she is lazy. But I found that when this was the case, it was always when the adults were not very diligent. When we do well, she can easily accept our reasoning with her. I feel that the process of leading little disciples helps me eliminate selfishness and gradually reach the realm of "selflessness and altruism" required by Teacher.

When another practitioner has shortcomings or hasn't done something right, I should take the initiative to help fix it and make it better. Instead of shirking responsibilities, I should carry the responsibility when problems are discovered. I think this is what putting everything into the best state is all about.

Divine beings do not do things that they will regret. They do not do things that are inconsistent with their level nor do they have those notions. Similarly, as Falun Dafa practitioners who know the Fa principles, why don't we do as a practitioner should?

My daughter always accompanied me when I went out to distribute Falun Gong materials, whether it was day or night. I said to myself that it was time that I got rid of this dependency. I told her, "You can come with me if you want. If you don't, that is fine, too."

I had the good fortune to start practising Falun Dafa in 2006. Some time before that, my parents had passed away, first one, then the other. In the intervening years, I felt very depressed, and I often lost my temper in front of my husband and children. They didn't like me. A practitioner lent me the main book of Falun Dafa practice, Zhuan Falun, and after reading it, I started to realise my problem.

From now on we should pay attention to this point and regard the Fa as our Teacher! Let's stop providing any loopholes for the evil to take advantage of. From now on we should take the Minghui/Clearwisdom website as the only reference for any important notices. This way no one can undermine Dafa.

I have practised Falun Gong for more than ten years, and have walked a smooth path due to Master's protection. I have not suffered severely from the persecution, but I encounter small tribulations and difficulties. When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began its persecution of Falun Gong, the cultivation environment changed, but I never thought that I would be arrested or persecuted. Whenever important holidays and sensitive dates occurred, negative notions never existed in my heart.

A few days ago, while I was again reading this part of Zhuan Falun with a quiet mind, I came to an understanding: Why did I sometimes not do well in passing tests related to interpersonal conflicts? It was because oftentimes I didn't base my thoughts using the principles of Dafa as guidance. Incorrect thoughts were therefore formed. When going through trials, I wasn't able to maintain my xinxing even though I knew what I was doing was wrong. At that time it was too late for correction, because I couldn't let go of my attachments.

After listening to what I said, they were amazed, and two of them wanted to learn Dafa right then. One of the classmates from the urban area mentioned that she also wanted to practice Dafa. The other classmates all admired us. I also clarified the truth to them about why the Chinese Communist Party persecutes Falun Gong. I told them that the self-immolation was staged by the government and also about the appearance of the stone with the words saying that the Chinese Communist Party is dying.

Master has taught us the Fa in this respect. I realize that although a practitioner does something well we should not immediately think that he has cultivated well; conversely, if he does not do something well, then we should not immediately think that he has not cultivated well. We should look at things from all aspects. In this way, we can conform to the Fa principle of taking the middle way and being harmonized

Our eliminating the evil is like pulling teeth from a tiger's jaw. It appears to be difficult, but we can indeed completely destroy the dark minions, the evil party and the evil spirit that props it up, along with the rotten ghosts with our righteous thoughts. The power of our righteous thoughts finds no match in modern warplanes or missiles

Sitting in his hopeless state, with nothing else to do, the doctor started listening to Master's lectures. After he had finished listening to the recordings from beginning to end, he felt that he completely understood the meaning of his life. As the blind doctor began his cultivation in Dafa, the lantern of his life that he felt had been blown out was lit once again.

It began to rain again when it was close to the time for me to again send forth righteous thoughts. The sky turned dark and the rain came very suddenly. A thought of going back home early flashed in my mind. "No," I said to myself, "a practitioner's decision cannot be changed so casually."

Those of us Dafa practitioners that live near schools go there often to hand out information about Falun Gong and the Nine Commentaries. Before leaving home, I send righteous thoughts to put my mind in a peaceful state and dress neatly and appropriately to make myself look more like a teacher--showing up in this way ensures my safety. As soon as I finish distributing materials, I quickly leave.

What was the real reason behind this? I slacked off because of selfishness that was very well hidden. It was even hidden behind the reason to cultivate. My selfishness had determined that I live in a way that is beneficial to myself. I cultivate because cultivation is good for me. I picked the means of clarifying the truth that was beneficial to me. When I worked on a certain Dafa project, it was because this certain project was beneficial to me. I did not do it on the basis of altruism.

If we can bring this situation to the attention of the public and Eutelsat's peers, public opinion could hasten the progress of the situation. On the other hand, we should take the opportunity to thoroughly clarify the truth on a large scale and to save sentient beings. People should also establish their position with this opportunity. Look how many "chess pieces" we could save.

I understood the Fa principle that jealousy must be eliminated, and looked inward for this attachment. First, I understood that I did not respect my mother, and judged that I possessed more technical skills and knowledge. Having my mother work on the project caused me to feel that the validating Fa project was being taken away from me. In fact, this was the attachment of validating myself.

I had learned a lesson from my previous attempts to memorize the Fa, which met with failure. This time I would not try to recite the paragraphs I had memorized the previous day. I made sure that I memorized new paragraphs daily. My goal was to memorize the paragraphs for the day. Thus I finally finished reciting Zhuan Falun for the first time.
