He was transferred to another police station and was interrogated for several hours and kept in custody for an entire night with at least 15 other Falun Dafa practitioners. The following day he was deported and told that he was forbidden to enter China again.

Mr. Hamrle refused to go with them, and the three men then forced him to go by beating and kicking him outside the police station. He was also handcuffed. Mr. Hamrle recalled that he is still “not able to feel with four fingers of [his] left hand now, three months later”.

Mr. Suen’s wife, Wong Am said that Suen would be tried on November 22, in the Longgang district court in Shenzhen City. It has been reported that a seven-year term in jail has already been decided internally.

After the birth of his daughter in Denmark, Mr. Zhu applied, on her behalf, for a Chinese passport and citizenship. The Chinese embassy staff however has been using various excuses to delay, or prevent his daughter from obtaining Chinese citizenship. They have also declined to give Mr. Zhu a reason for the delay. To date, his daughter is stateless.

With these few sincere words I wish to convey a message that Mr Zhiwun Wang should not be punished for being a good man.

While testing his computer system after a hacking attack, Mr Gottschalg discovered that his telephone was tapped and was being listened to. The local telephone provider has verified that strange noises, which can be heard, are not supposed to be there. To double check, fake information was sent to a friend and this test confirmed that the phone was tapped.

I hope that Liu Feng and other practitioners in China can be freed from this dreadful persecution that has inflicted unimaginable sufferings on them.

The tragedy here is that the Chinese Government's vision of a normal social order includes bullying, both inside China and here by the Chinese consulate and the deployment of high-ranking political operatives to exert pressure on local decision makers.

A caller warned Mr. Krickl not to take anything from the Chinese lightly, because they are worse than any other secret service. He also mentioned that it might be a good idea for him to change his identity.

"I knew that the US Constitution guarantees its citizens and residents freedom of speech and freedom of belief. I was troubled by the Chinese government's blatant interference in US law, and of course disturbed by their interference in US citizens' practice of Falun Gong."

Recently, Mr. Fava has twice applied to the Chinese consulate to renew his Visa. On both occasions he has been turned down. The Chinese general consul in Milan, Gao Shumao, has declared that he considers him a dangerous person. Gao Shumao, the consul general is well known for declaring in a Chinese newspaper: “...for some obstinate Falun Gong members, ...(in Milan), we must give them severe punishment.”

When the representatives of the Consul showed up at city hall, they presented me with a letter from the Consul requesting me to rescind my proclamation...This meddling in the affairs of our government is simply unacceptable. It bears an uncanny resemblance to the efforts of the Nazi government of Germany in the 1930's to persuade the rest of the world that persecution of its citizens simply was not taking place.

The consulate phone the practitioners and said that they could collect their passports. However, after going to the consulate, the passports were not renewed...The practitioners then asked to have a written statement about why they had refused to renew the passport. This was denied and the consulate called the police to have them removed from the premises.

In China, the Jiang regime can use the police to carry out the persecution of Falun Gong. It is not so convenient to do so overseas so instead they employ thugs. Let this trial be a warning to Jiang's hatchet men: persecuting kind people is only hurting yourself.

Li Guozhen, is 86 years old. She used to live in Holland. After practising Falun Dafa, her serious arthritis that had troubled her for over 50 years disappeared. However, after going back to China, she has not been allowed return to Holland...She has also been arrested 7 times by police, 4 of them on Tiannamen Square where sShe was pushed on to the ground, kicked and beaten up with sticks by policemen.

"Not even the worst campaigns, including the Cultural Revolution, can compare to China's tortuous and terrorist machinations against the peaceful practitioners of Falun Gong in China. [...] I wish to call your attention to an even more insidious situation occurring here in the United States. Not only is the Chinese regime engaged in a pattern of encroaching upon our fundamental constitutional freedoms, it is also engaging in hate crimes against Falun Gong practitioners right here on US soil."

Ying told the Chinese embassy representative that this was blackmail, and he was trampling their rights granted by the Chinese constitution, let alone their rights as German citizens. Both Ying and her mother said that they do not agree with the defamatory propaganda against Falun Gong. The embassy representative then quickly ended the conversation.

Mr. Hongxia Wu worked in a Chinese restaurant in the City of Freiburg. He returned to China when his work permit expired. Presently he is in the Huangjiawan Forced Labour Camp in Hengyiang City. He has been threatened with three years of incarceration if he refuses to give up Falun Dafa.

The Chinese embassy called and said that her son’s name could not be added to her passport, since they did not accept her marriage. After investigating Chinese marriage law and civil law, Ms. Wu found that although they may not accept her marriage, the relationship between her and her son could not be denied...When Ms. Wu presented this information to the embassy, they sneered “What is marriage law!” and stated that they have their own regulations.

“I was subjected to a very severe beating during the first month in the labour camp by 10 inmates, who later told me they had done this on the instructions of the guards. I was kicked and punched on my thighs and body. My thighs were afterwards black with bruises and I was unable to walk for 2 weeks..." - Zhao Ming (Ireland)

Xiong Wei is a female Falun Gong practitioner and former student of the Technical University of Berlin. She is currently being held against her will in Xinan women’s labour camp of Daxing on the outskirts of Beijing, China.

Students at the University of Texas in Arlington, said that the FACSS organization emailed a waiver form to Chinese students requiring any who will go to welcome Jiang as part of their Welcoming Group sign an agreement in which they publicly relinquish their right to express their opinion with any other organization(s) in any form of protest. The email came with a threat of a legal action being taken against any student who did not comply with signing the waiver to relinquish their right to freedom of expression.

On the evening of October 15, 2002, a group of western Falun Gong practitioners studied the teachings of Falun Dafa and held a discussion at a practitioner's home. When one of them returned home afterwards, he was shocked by what had happened. The talk he had at the other practitioner's home had been recorded and broadcast back into his answering machine.

5 policemen in Tuan He Labour Camp shocked me with 6 electric batons simultaneously. They firstly bound me on a bed board to prevent my body from jumping when being choked. Then they shocked me with electric batons on my legs, upper body, shoulders and arms simultaneously, which made my body tremble very violently.

"I hereby make a solemn statement again, that any documents I signed during the period of forced labour in the Tuanhe labour Camp, that are against the cultivation requirements of Falun Gong, were the product of continuous sleep deprivation and torture with high voltage electric batons, and they are against my will. I declare that all of them are void...From now on I will clarify the truth of Falun Gong with double the effort."

The exclusion is met with political frowns. "It is reprehensible and very non-Danish, if the Chinese authorities have taken part in the censorship of a Danish cultural festival," says Peter Skaarup, the legal spokesman of The Danish Peoples Party, who has asked the Foreign Minister for a statement of the Chinese authorities' role in the case.

On September 26 2002, Copenhagen police made a special trip to Hotel Ibis and formally apologized to a Greek Falun Gong practitioner for wrongfully arresting him. The police delivered a statement initiated by their attorney.

The Jiang Zemin regime has used the most vicious and most scoundrel methods in history, both in China and abroad, to brutally persecute Falun Gong practitioners. In order to ‘brainwash’ the Chinese people living overseas, they spread their vicious propaganda into other countries. Thus, the China Press and Sing Tao Daily newspapers became pawns of Jiang's regime.

In December 2001, my passport expired so I went to a Chinese Consulate to apply for an extension. However, so far the Embassy has refused to extend my passport, saying that it must be referred to the Public Security Department in Beijing.
