At around 5:00 a.m. on September 20th, Hebei Province Yongqing County 610 Office agent (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong) Shi Huanjin along with 30 police officers, including Domestic Security officer Yu Lianxing, rushed to Dongwuzhuang Village in Sanshengkou Township, broke into Falun Gong practitioners He Chunsheng and Hao Zhifen’s home, and took the couple away.

Ms. Hao Zhifen developed serious symptoms of coronary heart disease while being detained and subjected to persecution. Fearing being held responsible for her possible death, the authorities released her. Her personal account of persecution follows.

One day at around 5:00 a.m. in September 2011, Shi Huanjin and Yu Lianxing led 29 special police officers in six police cars to my home. They climbed over the wall and let themselves into my yard, broke a window, and entered my house. They first threw my husband into a police car by force, then shoved me into another car and cuffed my hands. After stopping at the Sanshengkou Police station for over an hour, they cuffed my hands behind my back and took me to the Yongqing County Domestic Security Division.
I was later secretly transferred to the Yongqing County Coach Station Hotel. I was forbidden from leaving my room except to use the toilet, and allowed no contact with the outside. On the afternoon of September 27th, I looked down from my window and saw a few people standing there, so I talked with them. My guard became furious and pushed me to the bed after locking the window.

I became extremely weak while being detained. Fearing their evil deeds would be exposed, the persecutors sent me to the Langfang City Detention Centre around 10:00 a.m. on the morning of September 28th. At around 3:00 p.m., they took me to the hospital for a medical checkup and the doctor diagnosed high blood pressure, Tachycardia, and serious coronary heart disease. I was released at around 5:00 p.m. and was picked up by a family member.

In addition, while my husband He Chunsheng was being arrested, his mother, who is in in her eighties, tried to question the gang of perpetrators, but was violently shoved to the side and nearly knocked to the ground. His 86-year-old father became so upset that he fainted next to the police car. The gang of evildoers moved him to the side of the road and hastily drove away. The rest of the thugs went back into the house and grabbed me. My sister-in-law tried to question them and was thrown to the floor. In the assault her arm was scratched and was bleeding.

I became even weaker after returning home on September 28th, and was on the brink of death. My family went to inquire at Yongqing County Petition Office on September 29th, and Langfang City Petition Office on September 30th, but were told, “We have no control over this matter.”

I was very healthy prior to this. Nine days of detention has left me weak, and I now have difficulty breathing, and walking, and I have shown signs of severe morbidity. Shi Huanjin fabricated charges against me and sent me to the Langfang Detention Centre. I am now ill and cannot take care of myself. My two children had to suspend their schooling to take care of me. My husband He Chunsheng is still being held at the Yongqing County Detention Centre and is denied family visits. My in-laws, in their eighties, are lying in bed and in need of care.
