On July 24th, 2005, Saipan practitioners held activities at a local tourist site and on the square in front of the immigration bureau to commemorate the practitioners tortured to death in China during the last six years, and to call on the world's people to help end the ongoing persecution.

From 9am to 12pm, practitioners exhibited posters as usual at a local well-known tourist site and hung banners worded, "Stop the persecution of Falun Gong, the World needs Truth, Compassion, Tolerance", "Falun Dafa is Good", "On the sixth anniversary of July 20th, end Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s persecution". They also played a video about the persecution entitled "Between Heaven and Earth", held group practice, and explained to passersby that Falun Dafa has spread to 78 countries and regions in the world but is persecuted in China.

From 6pm to 11pm, on the square in front of the immigration bureau, the practitioners held a candlelight vigil, group practice and commemorated those practitioners tortured to death in China and call for people's attention and help to end the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
