Holland: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day in Dam Square On the 13th of May 2005, Dutch Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in Amsterdam’s Dam Square to celebrate the 6th World Falun Dafa Day. The day was bright and there were lots of tourists. Many of them got to hear how Falun Gong has spread all over the world after being introduced to the public in 1992 but is now being brutally persecuted in China. A large number of people were interested in learning the exercises. They took details for Amsterdam’s practice sites where they can learn the exercises for free. Some even started to learn on the spot.
