Guards at Daqing Labour Camp, Heilongjiang Province torture practitioners by tying them with rope. If anyone cried out due to pain, the guards covered his mouth with tape, put on shackles and beat him brutally.

Guard Wang Yingzhou called himself "devilkin from Hell" and tormented Dafa practitioner Zuo Guoqing (eventually tortured to death) by stomping on his toe.
