To Whom It May Concern:

I was recently contacted by a constituent in New Castle County, Delaware concerning the Coast-to-Coast Drive. Through this drive, friends and family are generating awareness of Dr. Charles Li's arrest on January 22, 2003 while visiting China. I have been informed that the reason behind his arrest is that Dr. Li practices the religion of Falun Gong. It is my hope that this drive will successfully return Dr. Li to his home in the United States.
