Dr. Charles Li, a USA citizen has now been detained in a Chinese prison for a long time because he practices Falun Gong. We, practitioners from Israel, also practice Falun Gong freely, however without fear. Dr. Li has lost all of his human and legal rights. Therefore, we must speak out for him.

Falun Gong has benfited us a lot: given us healthy bodies, healthy minds and inner peace. We can't imagine why a regime is so frightened of peaceful people and this peaceful practice.

Also, as Jews we had promised ourselves - NO MORE - after the Holocaust in Europe. We think that it is not right for China to persecute an American citizen because of his belief.

Not taking a moral stand on this is actually promoting these wrongdoings.

For Dr. Li, one more day in prison is physically and mentally dangerous.
