On May 5th 2003, “Lotus Flower” was performed in Lerum, a city in Sweden. “Lotus Flower” is performed on a non-profit basis by two Swedish practitioners and was created to support an end to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Music, dance and dialogue arranged in a simple manner, create a very beautiful and touching true story about the suffering of practitioners in China.

This performance was only the first in a 21-day tour of Sweden. After it finished, the audience was given the opportunity to raise questions to the two practitioners who star in the production and view an exhibition about Falun Gong.
