Jiang Yongfeng is the Male Team leader of the Fushun Detention Centre who has been in charge of persecuting Falun Gong since September 1999. This man cannot tell right from wrong and has completely lost his conscience. Jiang Yongfeng has been very active as a hatchet man for the higher authorities. He brutally beats and levies false charges against Dafa practitioners. He also bullied and threatened practitioners and took advantage of his position to extort money from them.

Furthermore, Jiang Yongfeng also instigates and threatens those criminals who don't have a clear mind to beat up determined Dafa practitioners. As a result, several practitioners were beaten to a point of becoming disabled.
This unconscionable person often goes to a sauna or nightclub to solicit prostitutes. His own income is far from enough for his life style, so he extorts money from the relatives of practitioners who brought money to the detention centre for practitioners' personal expenses.
And yet, this lawless individual was awarded honours. Due to his "contribution in the persecution of Falun Gong," he was lauded with the "advanced individual," "excellent policeman" citation by the detention centre as well as the city Political and Judiciary Committee. He has been promoted to the position of associated division director.
