According to confirmed reports from inside the Chinese government, in order to escalate the suppression of Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan's group have promoted the "6.10 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] to become the "6.10 Bureau" giving it a bureau level position of power in the government.
